“Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time.”

“We wanted a fun winter getaway and this house did not disappoint! They literally had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A room full of board games, pool toys and protective gear, kids plates, cups and silverware. Needless to say, my family and I had a great time. My only issue is that we couldn’t get the main floor and lower level thermostat to go above 67, no matter what we set it to, so we spent most of our time in the warm pool room or the master bedroom. “The house is big with lots of room. There were 4 couples and 5 kids in our group. We each had our own space to spread out. It was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. We had room to play family games, one night we grilled, and we truly appreciated being able to bring our fur baby. We were able to walk to South Beach and shopping. The house was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for a large group.”
