“Overall we had a great stay for Thanksgiving week. We were a group from 5 years old to 80 years old and everyone had a great time. Bob is a great host and very accommodating. It was amazing to walk out of the house right onto the beach. We had a brief power outage (only 1 hour), but Bob responded immediately with candles and flashlights. The bathrooms were dated, but worked well.”

“Beautiful, cozy stay near the ocean. Beautiful views a short walk away. Because of the weather we didn't get to use much of the outdoor space, but several nice chairs outside. Felt pretty private, separate entrance from rest of house. The grill was a nice touch, but nowhere to sit and eat inside (other than the bed) so we didn't get a chance to cook. Thanks for the lovely stay!”

While we did not need parking nor will anyone once you get to this walkable location, a parking space is a nice benefit; especially is a town known for parking space wars. “The house was as listed and provided plenty of space for our family to eat and hang out together. Beds were comfortable. Towels plentiful and nice quality. Heat worked. Plenty of hot water. We just have two suggestions for improvement: the dishwasher does not clean dishes at all. Not even a little. The kitchen tools are there but are so cheap they hardly work-a spatula shouldn’t bend under a pancake. All the knives are extremely dull. ”

The house was welcoming, didn't worry about breaking anything or ruining furniture.
