We stayed in a two bedroom unit on the first floor and it was VERY spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's rare to have two bedrooms with a king bed in them so we were able to choose the room we wanted, and my son got the other room with his pack and play. Communication was great and check-in was also a breeze.
I was a bit concerned about the other reviews mentioning the walls being paper thin, since we were traveling with our 2.5 year old who naps, but the only sounds we heard were footsteps from the unit above. It was a bit annoying at times but we were in Gloucester for the beach, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit. We would 100% stay here again, so it's not a deal breaker.
Speaking of the beach, Long Beach is less than 100 yards away and it's a beautiful beach. There's also a food truck right there, called Good and Ready, that serves breakfast sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, and lunch. Surfside Subs and Long Beach Dairy Maid are also walking distance. We had takeout lunch from Surfside on a Tuesday because it's Lobster roll special day and it was very good, the steak and cheese was as well.
This was our fist trip to Gloucester and will NOT be our last! When we return, we will definitely be looking to stay at the Long Beach Suites.
