“Buena ubicación. Sin embargo no hay internet en los cuartos del primer y segundo piso (no hay buena recepción). Las puertas son de vidrio y la luz de los pasillos está prendida en las noches (por lo tanto siempre hay luz en las recámaras). Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y muy limpias. Es un hotel nuevo, minimalista y ecológico.
El restaurante japonés muy rico en la parte de abajo. Hay un Starbucks en la esquina y el hotel te ayuda a contratar el tour para ver el volcán.

Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. “This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. The parking is onsite, a bit crowded Saturday night but no one blocked you in and there is overflow parking right outside the gate just a few dozen meters from your room.

Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgänger und im Gebäude hat es auf den Treppenstufen zum Teil viel Staub und Haare. Beim Frühstück ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter.
