The Perfect House!!
We loved this house! The layout, the location everything was great! Only a few minutes from downtown and about 15-20mins from the slopes (depending on how much snow). Would highly recommend this location. And Glenwood Springs is a dream. Can’t wait to go back!

Disappointing experience
We were so looking forward to this stay. I am a property manager and have owned and operated a VRBO. I relied completely on the photos and descriptions online to choose this property , and I found in so many ways it was lacking and that the photos were much better than the real thing. We thought we were renting a property on a quiet street with a beautiful view of the river. Quite to the contrary, there were two parallel streets, one right in front of the property and one right across the river that were very noisy. There was such an ongoing traffic jam that a driver would have to graciously stop to allow us to get out of the driveway. Then as opposed to being able to see the river, you could barely glimpse it between the overgrown trees, and couldn’t hear it due to the traffic noise. Besides a letdown on the location, inside the property, it looked like all expenses have been spared in the furnishings. I will say we had comfortable beds and the second bathroom shower was nicely redone. When watching TV, the couches were very uncomfortable and one looked as though it was needing to have been replaced a few years ago. There was no kind of manual that came with the Property to know how to work anything. When we contacted the owner with questions he was helpful. All glasses and plates, etc. were plastic & kitchen was minimal in quality. Needs some TLC. For the price we paid none of us felt value was received.

Enjoyable time in Glenwood
My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were excited about the hot tub and the fire pit on the patio. Our evenings were spent outside enjoying the cooler weather and the fresh air. It took some time and effort to figure out the fire pit, but we figured it out on our second night and enjoyed the fire until we heard the crash of a trashcan from a passing black bear. We spent most nights eating at the house. We had to go to the store for a cheese grater and we improvised when we needed a basting brush. We looked for some welcoming information from you when we first arrived, but we figured things out as we went along. We loved the location and spending time outdoors.

Cousins Trip
This was our first cousins trip. All 1st cousins (9 of us). The cabin was so spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Updated decor. The deck was the best and the Kitchen amenities could not have been better. We all know we will rent this place again. The owners were very quick in their communication and made the stay wonderful for all of us. I highly recommend renting this place for your next vacation.

Location!!!!
First off we stayed for a baseball tournament which happened to be on the same weekend as Strawberry Days - which could have been a nightmare for traffic and noise. But being on the other side of the river is key for avoiding the big city feel in small town Colorado. Secondly - the house is EXTREMELY well appointed with all necessities and wants - including a sleeping area for our six kiddos downstairs. We would absolutely stay here again and refer this property and the hosts to others. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful Escape
Loved staying at this property! The home had everything we needed, and the hot tub was super easy to work. The location is perfect - you are surrounded by mountains and can hear the river running from the deck. We will absolutely stay here next time we want to have a weekend getaway in CO.

Perfect place for a mountain getaway!
We were in town from San Diego, visiting our Colorado family. This house was so comfortable and well equipped! The path down to the river with the fall leaves was so special! It was close to town for groceries, but also felt quite private. Loved the view of Mount Sopris from the back deck! Thank you for sharing your home. We can't wait to book again.

We had 8 friends from around the country meet in Glenwood and we really enjoyed this property. Beautiful patio, cozy fireplace, nice location on the river. We would stay again and would be great for two young families traveling together.

Amazing
This home was beautiful and convenient to downtown activities and shopping. We loved relaxing on the deck, with the sun, firepit and stars! The path down to the river is seclude, with a small overlook with table and chairs, that gives you another relaxing option. We will be back again.

Amazing stay on the River
We visited Glenwood Springs with our family and a close friend's family. The downstairs kids room was perfect for everyone and made it very easy to hang out at night upstairs after they went to bed. Very cozy accommodations with an amazing out door deck overlooking the river. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck listen to music while enjoying some beverages. Even enjoyed Yogi, our evening visitor ;-) House was very clean and comfortable. Great location too.

July 4th get away
Convenient location, well equipped kitchen and living areas. Beautiful balcony and view. Also appreciated the accommodations for small child. We had a nice relaxing time with our daughter son-in-law and grandson. Also enjoyed location to golf course and Glenwood Springs.

The house is in a great location and is well provisioned. We liked being located on the west side of the Roaring Forks river, but still close to everything downtown. The house is very comfortable and suited us perfectly.
