“We had such a wonderful stay here! Bob and Debbie are such kind and warm people who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The space was able to fit all 11 of us comfortably and we could have fit more if needed. The youth students we brought had a blast playing at the ping pong table, foosball table and enjoying some of their board games as well. “The house was beautiful. So secluded and quiet. The kitchen had everything. Very clean yard well kept. Very detailed in everything. Fire pit was great, wonderful screened porch to sit on at night. Outside games and seating and chairs for outside available. My daughter got married at Hummingbird Chateau. We rented the house for the family to stay in for the time we were there for the event. So convenient to everything. Loved it!”

“We had a great stay in this house. With the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and gathering spaces our family (with adult children and partners) were able to be together, but have our own space when needed. The neighborhood was great for a morning or evening walk (hot during the day), with little traffic. This place was conveniently located for us with restaurants and grocery stores nearby.”

“You kind of felt like you’re living back in history in this house. And you have some modernizations of a kitchen edition that was really large. The only issue I have there is the lack of Internet. The back yard has a fire pit and is in a nice yard. We tried for four days to get the TV to work. The wi-fi system does not work and the property manager couldn’t help either. You’re only getting one to two bars on the Wi-Fi system, which is not good for screaming at all. ”

“This is our third time visiting the Mill House and the reason is simple: it is consistently always clean, quiet, relaxing, and a beautiful place to spend a sunny weekend. We enjoy coming to the Mill House when we want to "disconnect from reality" an recharge. This visit, we made sure to make it and hike some of the great trails in the area which there are many. We'll definitely be returning again in the future.”

“Off the beaten path a little but as long as you read the host's direction and info it was easy to find. Not a lot of lodging in the area, so we were happy to find this one in conjunction with being in the area for a wedding. The layout is nice and open, and the apartment was clean and well stocked. “We stayed here as it was close to a family function scheduled for the weekend, so we were really on there to sleep, but overall, the stay was great. I would recommend an additional outside light (there is a motion light, but it doesn't come on until you are right upon it). Also, hooks for towels would be great! It rained most of the weekend, so we were unable to use the firepit and make smores, but the smores ingredients were a great idea! Thank you! Cindy ”

“no functioning smoke detector. furnace could not maintain home at 68 degree temp with outside temp only 26 degrees. drains either leaked or didn't drain. toilets did not flush well. water company taped 3 day shut off notice to door 2 days before we checked out. nice older neighborhood close to family that we were visiting so we suffered thru. this is a dump of a fixer-upper on the real estate market. avoid this property.”
