“We had a great stay with our boys and their friends for my son’s birthday. Our only suggestions would be to have more stuff to do in the game room. The back board for the dart board was broken and half the darts were broke. There wasn’t really much for the kids to do in there. Also, several of the outdoor furniture/chairs were broken or nearly broken and unusable. Other than that the house was great! “We enjoyed our visit very much. We went there to relax and between the sun and the water in the pool and the hot tub, we succeeded. The cabin was very nicely furnished with obvious care given to the selection of furniture and decorations. If we’re lucky, we’ll stay there again sometime.”

“Great little space as a guest house perched over Lake Grandbury with easy access to water and like a block to historic town square. Ideal for 3-4 people, and owners were very welcoming and hospitable with any questions or needs. Fishing off dock and ambling about downtown with great restaurants/ coffee spots, etc. Great family time.”

“Weekend away. We enjoy food and drink downtown and this location is perfect for walking distance. The local running/bike trail is right there so that was a bonus. ”

“There is no way to describe how perfect the cottage and land is!! Alan was an amazing host even leaving a gift and the sweetest card since he knew we were on our honeymoon. The cottage is perfectly stocked with absolutely anything you might need. The back porch is the icing on the cake, we spent most of our time out there just enjoying the peacefulness. My kids came to visit and we had a blast in the peddle boat and kayak. If you aren’t staying here you are missing out!!”
