“We had a nice stay here on New Years Eve. It was nice and clean inside and just as represented. There were 2 big dogs roaming the property which were friendly but a bit overzealous, and hung around outside the door, and made it difficult to come and go in our vehicle as they wouldn’t move out of the way. The sandy beach was a very nice walk although did require some gymnastics to get to. Also we saw a porcupine just outside the house and so recommend being aware if you bring your dog here - but...

“The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor”

“We needed a place to freeze some packs for medication and these hosts went above and beyond to help. They also provided us with fresh eggs and blueberries from their homestead. Place was clean and she had the radio playing when we came in. So sweet! The water was warm and clear for us and was so nice to wade in.
