“The property is clean and spacious. It has a foosball table and many board games, which is great for families. I would not be surprised if the neighborhood doesn't like short-term rentals and complain to homeowners. But never thought the neighbor would harass the renter.”

“If you are looking for luxury, this place is probably not for you. But if you are looking for safe, comfortable, very well stocked place where everything is in working order, pristine clean and easy to check in/out process, you will not be disappointed! I think the beds need a separate mention. They are AMAZINGLY comfortable and the sheets.... I wish I had the same at home! ”

“This home was a perfect 10. Had everything we needed and easy entrance and exit”

“The house has a great view and location, easy to get to Horshoe Bend and Antelope. The only thing we found when we got there was the dishwasher full of dirty dishes, there seemed to be something wrong with the dishwasher. But the house was great to stay with friends.”

Very comfortable bed, nice view, and a great launching off point for your exploration in boulder. One note—do not lock the bottom lock! It is noted in the check-in instructions but no signage elsewhere so just another reminder here. Very cute, would stay again! ”

“Clean and cozy with lots of really nice photos of the canyons, lake, and more, shot by the owner. I didn’t realize as I booked in a hasty manner but Mr. Ladd is an accomplished photographer with several books published. The outside of the home is beautifully landscaped and even though it was too chilly to spend much time out there the leaves were a really stunning red and it was so nice to have just outside the window to look at. “The house and surrounding area are beautiful. The area is limited regarding groceries and restaurants. The home had plenty of supplies and was very clean. The only negative was the lack of a contact, I emailed numerous times with no response nor did I have a good number to text or call.”
