“The property worked great for our group. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all couples. One of the showers did not work but that was a minor issue. “The description and the pictures are very misleading. We drove up walked in and left immediately! THERE IS NO A/C . When you stay in a home especially when it is 95 degrees outside it becomes a sauna. The entire place is so small. I could touch both walls standing in the middle of the room. The pictures of the lake are very misleading. its' a freaking swamp. Also there "boat" they offer was filled with water half sunk into the lank and covered in pond scum. Also not to mention you are one block...

“We brought our 91 yo mom on a fall getaway. We all enjoyed watching the lake and treeline change throughout each day depending on the sunlight. We cooked all of our dinners in the kitchen which had everything we needed. We played board games at night on the big table. Two of us went kayaking which was fun & easy to launch from & return on the sandy beach. The location was convenient for daytrips to Phillips and Timms Hill. “Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean the room or replace anything. During our seven day stay they never did "INCREDIBLE" cleaning service, and they do it to pay the housekeeping employees less. On the third day we called reception...
