The cabin was stocked well enough that we could cook a little breakfast in the morning and head off to Mammoth Cave for some hiking during the day. Really happy I found this spot. “Downtown Browntown was perfect for myself and my two kids. We loved the hot tub and Gary and Jackie were so kind and friendly, inviting us to join them for Easter cookout since no restaurants were open due to the Easter holiday. The place is conveniently located and a quick drive to Mammoth Cave and area attractions. The apartment is well maintained and fully equipped for cooking. We had a great time and would definitely stay again for our next trip to the national park!”

“We were in for my daughter's college graduation and while this was a 30 minute drive it was great to get away and be in the country on the lake. The house was exactly as portrayed, if not better. “My group participated in Hot Rod Power Tour 2024 and used this cabin as our home away from home. It was absolutely perfect. Quiet, convenient, beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. “As I mentioned the room was clean but my husband does not do well with gas heat and there was not any other kind of heat so they should have provided blankets for the bed. Also, the pictures were kind of misleading because the bathroom was not within the room. It was about 30 feet away but I must say it was very clean and well maintained. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“Well appointed, beautiful setting! Loved all.the attention to detail both inside and outside. So welcoming and relaxing. The lake is down the hill. The stairs to the pathway are a little steep but manageable. Lake was a bit murky. There is a dock for use which is nice. Saw a couple of deer. Enjoyed everything from the hot tub to the games in the garage. A great mini vacation! Thank you for such a lovely place!”
