I had a little incident where a neighbouring guest had bought a dog that was very distressed alone in the apartment. Despite her trying to contact the owner and them stating they were going to be home soon, they were not and the noise went on.
Victoria was very accommodating with moving me.
The second room was of the same standard as the first showing the upkeep on these apartments is very good.

“Really enjoyed our time at the Rex. The rooms have been nicely renovated and it was a quiet, comfortable stay. Hayden on the front desk was excellent and very helpful. Only challenge was the parking that could be scarce when the hotel is hosting a function or is full.”
“Surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to Northbourne Ave. Underground parking was also available. Limited area to park while checking in - I had to park just around the corner but it was only 100 metres. ”

Only downer was still a very noisy site despite being on the 14th floor and woke up at 6am to a huge crane outside the apartment on the last morning.
