VERY BAD Service.
We booked into this hotel for 4 nights but we could only stay 3 nights. The staff is lousy. You could tell that the owner was not present. They are lazy, have not made the room the last day, did not let the necessary inputs, bath gel, shampoo, etc. They left for two days a plastic bag full of dirty toilet paper in the room. You had to go looking for them or chase them in the kitchen to be served a drink and They was always disliked, you bring it to 20 minutes for a little thing. Breakfast does not have what it promises, no fresh juices and fruits because they say there was no market. The person in charge of breakfast is an unpleasant boy (Gege), you can not ask for anything, not even with the best smile. You had to run behind him to give you sugar for your coffee. The fact that the team was unpleasant and manager conspicuous by his absence. The only pleasant and attentive man was a gentleman named Lanus trying to help. It's a shame that the staff is so decadent because the hotel is nice and is in a quiet area of the island where the sunsets are wonderful. We could not stay the last night because we had our flight at noon from Bali, and the first morning ferry is at 9 am but it was not possible refund. We expected at least attention from the hotel management but not only did not have it but also not cleaned our room after the second day. It would be nice that the owner be responsible for the service that promises online.
