PERFECT!!!
Beautiful neighborhood, great house flow, so clean and comfortable and the beds allowed us to sleep like babies. Having shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers provided meant less items to bring with us. Steve is an amazing host. I had a question and he responded immediately. We hosted my DILs baby shower here and everyone just loved the location, and the set up of the home. When the day was done we sat on the back porch in the comfy chairs and just embellished the quiet along with being able to enjoy each others company. Since we will have a grandchild in the near future I think this will be our go to place so that we can give the new parents the occasional break and spoil our new famiAs a side note, anytime we are in Georgetown we go have one of our meals at the Monument Café a Historical icon, usually a wait (nice outdoor area to sit down in ) but always worth it.

Beautiful house, very well decorated and in a comfortable location. We were able to stay comfortably with our 2 pets, children and spouse. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions and concerns. Excellent wifi and and the tv had streaming capabilities. A lovely neighborhood to walk areound with an easy access park.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The home had everything we needed to feel like we were at our own home. The owner put a lot of thought and care into items available to use while staying here. We really enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic property in a quiet neighborhood
Casa Theodore is an absolutely lovely home on a quiet street just a few miles from the historic center of Georgetown, TX. The house was perfectly appointed, clean, and so very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the late afternoons after our sightseeing adventures. Steve (host) was very friendly and helpful with dining ideas and things to do. Highly recommend - and we would definitely stay here again!!

The 3 bedroom house we stayed in in Georgetown, TX, Casa Theodore, was located in a very nice & quiet neighborhood pretty much near everywhere we wanted to be while we were there visiting family. The house was very clean & well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen & 2 separate dining areas. It has lots of board games available, 2 TVs, a nice front porch with 2 deck chairs, as well as a nice back porch seating area that will be great in warmer weather for sitting out on with a cup of coffee & an iPad in the early morning.while the rest of the house is still sleeping. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and Steve was a great host. We will not hesitate to book Casa Theodore again next year when we return to visit our family. Five Stars for sure!

Great home in nice neighborhood
Wonderful home in quiet, great neighborhood close to all amenities. Host was very helpful but didn't need any help at all, everything was there and in great condition. Very enjoyable stay, I'd recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the Georgetown area.

Great place to stay!
Casa Theodore was a great place to stay. It was immaculate, comfortable, well-stocked with everything a traveller might need, and a great location that was quiet, convenient to downtown and I35, and very easy to find. Steve was a very gracious and responsive host who was present through each step of tbe process. We highly recommend his home and look forward to returning to Casa Theodore next time we are in the area.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is kept clean and manicured. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The master bed and bedding were extra nice! This location is private yet convenient to everything in the Georgetown area.

Fantastic spot all around. The neighborhood was perfect, house was incredible, and Steve was very easy to get a hold of. House was incredibly well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. When we come back, we will absolutely look at Casa De Theodore first.

Wanted to turn a golf day into a two day girlfriend trip. Rented this house not knowing the area and were very happy with this property. The owner communicated with me prior to our trip and was extremely accommodating. Great host! The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Steve could not have been more accommodating!! All the needs in the home were well supplied. Plenty of linens, laundry facilities were great, extra hangars.... Easy to park and lovely back porch. Would stay again. He is very communicative and there for you immediately if there is any problem.
