“We stayed in Coral Sands May 2-9, 2022. There were 3 couples… using 2 bedrooms upstairs & 1 bedroom in the efficiency apartment downstairs. Perfect for a group, plus privacy. The home is tidy & well stocked. Best of all, the AC blows cold when you need it! Hoopers Bay is one of the most beautiful spots on the island…pristine, sandy beach with clear, calm water AND sea turtles. “Beautiful property, great location, there’s a restaurant on the property, the boat was the most important thing to us and gave us the freedom to come and go as we please and explore. It was beautiful. The water pressure had a difficult time reaching the master shower on the 3rd floor. But we were so pleased with everything else we honestly didn’t care and could use one of the other 2 full showers on the 2nd level. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was my 3rd time to Exuma and I took my 2 teenagers for their first time. Peter and Betty were wonderful hosts. They answered my questions quickly and were waiting for us when we arrived to show us around their wonderful property. The location is wonderful, very close to 2 grocery stores and a short distance to Georgetown. I would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Exuma!”

“its hard to pick which is more amazing, the house and beach or the hosts, Peter and Betty. walk out the door to one of the most picturesque and tranquil beaches you can imagine. close by groceries and supplies as well as the amazing fish fry. this was our third time and there will be more.
