Beautiful beachfront house
This house is the most gorgeous beachfront property I have ever seen! The owner and property manager are wonderful communicators and it is even more beautiful than the pictures. The outside pool area (heated pool, very enjoyable temperature) is a wonderful place to spend outdoors and the beach is also a white, sandy beach with gorgeous turquoise waters and a beautiful place to sit and swim. It does not look real. The kitchen has everything you need. Each bedroom is beautiful with its own bathroom. It comes equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, paddle boards, kayaks, truly everything you need for a beach vacation. The owners Linda and Kevin went above and beyond in their communication, recommendations and welcome. We were a group of 10 women celebrating our 50th birthdays and we did not want to leave. Highly recommend, book this house!

Unbelievable Vacation Home
The photos do not do it justice. This home is beautiful!!!! We have traveled and stayed in homes many times, but this one was beyond what we expected. It was my 60th birthday with my family and friends there *(10 of us) so we cooked in a lot. Everything was there that we needed and was very very nicely furnished. Beds were super comfy, A/C was perfection (which is important), pool was heated which was perfect on cool nights, wifi is awesome (which we needed to be fast), pool area had super comfy seating area, THE VIEW was so beautiful that it didnt seem real, the beach area was private and perfect for the kids. Home is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes to airport, 5 minutes to grocery store, 20 min to BLU (our fav restaurant), the home was so well thought out that if we were building it we wouldn't change a thing in the layout.

Stunning Property
We had an amazing trip to Exuma and loved Vista Blue. The house is fantastic, everything you need is on site. Gorgeous beaches and crystal clear water. If you are looking for a chill vacation this is spot. Exuma is not the place for night life Cool beach beach bars on Stocking Island, so definitely rent a boat for a day.

A wonderful escape
We had such an amazing at Vista Blue. The house was exactly as listed (maybe even better), communication was great across the board, and there was everything we needed available. This was a multigenerational family vacation and there was plenty of space for us all. This was a great space for our toddlers, our teen niece and the rest of the adults. So many games to play, utensils to cook with, Wi-Fi was great, and plenty of linens. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The property is perfect for a couples trip. Right on a beach. Convenient to airport and restaurants and excursions. Property managers very responsive and very helpful in recommending. The property was spotless when we checked in. Highly recommend!

Perfect in Every Way
We’ve been staying in Exuma since 2015, and this is the best property we have found. The amount of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms was perfect for our family of 12. We couldn’t believe that on most days, we had the beach to ourselves.. The beach toys and chairs provided were exactly what we needed. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults. The tanning ledge was the perfect touch. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The large griddle is the perfect touch!

Simply Incredible!
My family of 11 had an incredible time at Vista Blue. The house is immaculate, very comfortable and has everything you possibly could need. The views are indescribable. We enjoyed our many walks on the beach, just relaxing poolside or down at the beach with the kayaks and paddle boards. Spence (home manager) was exceptional for any needs and easy to contact. Kevin (host/home owner) was very prompt and helpful in all communication prior to arrival. Everyone wants to go back! We truly had the most relaxing trip. Thank you for an amazing experience.

An Absolutely Perfect Vacation!
Just go ahead and book the house...trust me! 1- The home itself is just beautiful! Perfect layout, all bedrooms have their own bathroom, the furniture and decor is so coastal and the main living area is so open and comfortable! They have beach towels, bags for day trips and pods for laundry. Made it so convenient! 2- Now for outside. We lived out there most of the time. Covered seating space, amazing pool, I took a nap in the hammock, and the beach is so private and beautiful! Some areas of Exuma don't have beach space, but this house always had a sandy beach, whether it was low or high tide. We used the paddle boards and kayaks daily and loved walking on the beach exploring. 3- Location could not be beat! Right in the middle of the island so we didn't have a long drive to dinner at Blu (amazing, by the way), which was south or to our full day boat tour, which was north. This house was recommended to us by a friend and it was definitely the perfect place to stay. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Exuma in the future!

Spectacular Property and Experience
This property is amazing and the pictures online are perfectly accurate. We had ten people in the house, and there was enough space to spread out, and plenty to have full dinners inside, or outside, together. The beach access and available beach toys were amazing. We cooked all of our meals there. It is hard to cook in someone else's kitchen, but this one was very functional. We improvised with some items, but overall, we were thrilled with the indoor and outdoor kitchen. The icemaker was a game changer for entertaining. I can't say enough wonderful things about this home. The host was in contact early and often and is incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly. If you are looking for a larger house for your Exuma experience, then this is the home for you. It is close to the airport, and a mere 15ish minutes to Georgetown.

The best
We recently stayed at a Vista blue for my wife’s 30th birthday and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The villa was immaculately clean, exceeding my expectations in every way. The quality of the furniture was top-notch, offering both comfort and luxury. It was evident that every detail was carefully considered to ensure a truly luxurious stay. Exceeded Expectations!
Just spent a week at Vista Blue and was blown away by the beautiful house and location. We were there to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday and arrived to find a birthday banner and decorations waiting for us. Kevin and Linda were extremely responsive before and during our trip. The house had everything we could possibly need and the view of the ocean is stunning. We spent most of our time by the pool and only left the house on a few occasions. There were several markets close by which was super convenient and we enjoyed drinks and a dinner at Tim’s on the Bay right down the street (dinner menu depends on what they have that day, but we aren’t picky and enjoyed the view and ocean breeze). We had multiple couples and small children and the house layout was perfect. We had more than enough space to spread out and not get on each others nerves :) The location also felt very safe and quiet. I would highly recommend Vista Blue and can’t wait to return!

Great property, unbeatable location….
Beautiful home and location (strikingly beautiful, even pictures don’t do it justice) as described. Very responsive owner (to even minor issues). Can’t recommend this experience (including the island itself, bucket list). Highly recommend a private chef experience for multiple nights (the math and overall experience is even better than venturing out to dinner). At least a half day boat outing is a must and, if possible, Captain Angelo of A1 Taxi. Dee’s car service for any/all needs (she’s incredibly responsive/dependable).

Incredible house with amazing views!
We couldn't have had a better stay at Vista Blue. The house was immaculate & it perfectly accommodated our two families with children. Views were amazing & we really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was so nice having the pool & the beach just steps away. It was a great location, very close to the airport & easy to drive Georgetown, grocery, etc. Kevin (owner) was extremely helpful prior to our trip & was great to work with...very responsive throughout the process. We hope to visit again & would highly recommend!

Can’t rate this high enough.
First, the house and property are beautiful. Four couples. We all had our own little suite with private bathrooms. Large common area with comfy couches, chairs, and plenty of tables. Outside, there were lots of places to relax either in the sun or shade. The pool was warm and clean. The view of the ocean and the (truly) private beach was so relaxing. The only people on the beach were at the few other houses on that stretch of beach. Kevin and Spence were terrific to work with and very responsive. Kevin was super flexible when our flights changed due to weather issues. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

10 OUT OF 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
We just wanted to say thank you to all who were involved in making this property what it is! This house is conveniently located 4 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from a great beachside restaurant & bar “Tim’s on the Bay”, Elaine, the owner was super sweet, about 15 minutes from Coco Plum Beach(a must go), convenient to grocery and liquor stores! Now this house….this house is perfect for anyone who wants to visit but it was perfect for us bc of its set up….5 King Bedrooms with their own bathrooms, you never see this. The house and outdoor living space was very clean and just gorgeous! Kevin, the owner was always quick to respond to questions and communication was on par. Thank you for creating such a beautiful vacation space. We all really loved our time at your property and are still missing it and the Bahamas….who would ever want to leave?

Perfection!
Vista Blue is unlike any other rental property I’ve stayed at. The owners have thought of it all. It feels like it’s your home, just in paradise. The home is well stocked with quality items (spices, pots, pans, tuppaware, laundry detergent, etc.) Communication with the hosts was super easy. You can tell the owners go above and beyond to make sure their guests truly enjoy their stay. I’d go out of my way to stay at a rental property they own again! They provide you with a home guide that includes different chefs/boat companies, etc. We chose a few different vendors off their list and all were absolutely amazing too. The beach the house is on is beautiful. Paddleboards were so fun. Beds were super comfy. And the location — perfection. You feel like you’re on a private beach but are 5min to airport; 10-15min to town. Just book this place you won’t regret it!!!
