great for family gathering as other kin live in Geneva snd Batavia.
All good except for towel shortage in upstairs bathroom. I was a bit surprised to see an extra perdons charge as 6 folks in 3 bedrooms seems normal. That said, the cottage is darling.

Great Girls Weekend
This home had great space for our group with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very cute also. We wished the weather had been warm enough for us to enjoy the porch and fire pit. We had a cozy evening in with one of the puzzles provided while we ordered in from some of the many close by restaurants. Very convenient location.

Girls Weekend
6 of us 40 somethings really enjoyed our stay! The house is cuter in person than the pictures! Awesome screened in porch and back deck space. Very clean and homey! We enjoyed shopping and the local restaurants. Very quick uber ride to the city center or doable walk.

Perfect home in an awesome location!
Everything about this house is great! Large main floor bedroom with spacious bathroom. Two more bedrooms upstairs with another beautiful bathroom. Large kitchen and family room adjacent. Screen porch in front is great place to enjoy the neighborhood and patio in back for privacy. Entire home is like new due to remodeling throughout.

Close to perfect!
This was definitely one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in. The neighborhood was lovely and conveniently located to the Fox River Trail as well as downtown restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, cleanliness was outstanding!! The garage was a huge amenity for bike and car storage. The walk-in shower floor was kind of slippery with no grab bars to catch yourself. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cousins Reunion
The perfect place to host a cousins reunion. A couple of the out of towners stayed overnight while the Chicagoland cousins came for an afternoon visit. Loved the screened in porch and the outside deck. The house was well furnished, clean, comfortable and the host so accommodating. We will be back.

Geneva Getaway
We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was ideal. Extremely easy walk to Geneva’s downtown but the home was located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the four-season room and took advantage of the bonfire on the back patio. We wish our stay was longer but would definitely be returning.

Great Suburban Neighborhood Environment
Our five day stay was excellent. Description and pictures of the property are accurate and appropriately inviting. Location is very convenient to Geneva and the other fine Fox River towns. Hosts were gracious, responsive and helpful. Bikes in the garage were nice and the screened in porch and backyard sitting area very inviting. We hope to be back next time in town visiting extended family.

Elise’s and Tom’s property in Geneva is awesome! Our first impression was of how spotless the home was. After driving for 8 hours, it was a joy to walk into a clean, fresh and light-filled home. We were greeted with a personal note of welcome, and a coffee bar! Beds, linens, furnishings and amenities were wonderful. We got a chuckle over the LED light in the main bathroom faucet. So cool 😎 An added bonus was the screened front porch, beautiful patio and yard. I’m an avid gardener and was delighted to see peonies, lantana, hosta and more 😊 I don’t know that we will be back in the Chicago area again, but if we were, we would definitely choose this lovely home. Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent property
Great weekend with friends at this house. Communication with the owners was easy with prompt replies. Check in was a breeze. The whole property was very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Garage parking is a bonus. We didn’t need it but the full size washer & dryer is a great perk. We had hoped to enjoy the lovely patio but it was a bit too windy this weekend. Proximity to nearby shops, restaurants and parks is perfect. Highly recommend this property!

This is one of the nicest vrbos I have ever stayed in. The amenities were great- well stocked kitchen, a garage for the car (!), washer/dryer - with detergent provided, 2 bikes and plenty of blankets to be cozy. The location is perfect - an easy walk or bike ride to the river and the fun of downtown Geneva. And thr board were beyond fabulous - so very kind and responsive. Thank u so very much.
