Hermoso condominio frente al río en el primer piso ubicado en el complejo de condominios River Crossing. Una excelente ubicación justo al lado de la Parkway en Sevierville, pero aún así es tranquilo y silencioso. Está a una corta distancia a pie de muchos restaurantes, tiendas y un nuevo cine 14. Está muy cerca de Tanger Outlets. Hay una parada de tranvía a 5 minutos a pie frente a Books A Million. Walmart está directamente al otro lado de la Parkway. Puedes sentarte en el balcón y ver los patos y gansos subir desde el río. Condo está a solo minutos de Dollywood.
Condo es de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un baño principal con una bañera de hidromasaje. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble con acceso a un baño completo. Las habitaciones están lo suficientemente lejos una de la otra para la privacidad, por lo que es ideal para 2 parejas. Hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Tiene capacidad para hasta 6 personas cómodamente. No se admiten mascotas y no fumar. Family Base for Travel Ball Tournament
This was a great location. Super clean, spacious, well equipped. River front peace with convenience to all Pigeon Forge attractions and dining. This was a wonderful home base for our hectic weekend of travel ball. It was so nice to come back to serenity on the river. We loved the friendly ducks. Hostess sent excellent communication to make arrival and departure easy. Will stay again when we come to town!

Family venue and caterer search
We came in Sunday-Tues to search for caterer for a wedding in September in the area. Grandparents, wedding couple and their 15 month old. The condo was great to give all of us space and to be able to eat without having to wait in a restaurant. The location is great and close to everything Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked well for making meals. Will definitely look at staying here again and will recommend to the guests for the wedding

Great location
We arrived in Sevierville all excited. I had been there before but brought my two boys with me on this trip. The condo is in a great location to everything. The room was really nice with lots of room, plenty of kitchen items to help with preparing meals. The only thing I might mention is that the king bed in the master bedroom needs at least a new mattress on top, they complained of it being very uncomfortable, but the queen size was very comfortable and plenty of warm blankets. Thanks again Julie, we enjoyed our stay.

Loved it!!
This condo was such a wonderful stay! Second time staying in one of Julie's condos, and my husband and I could not be more pleased. As a full-time wheelchair user, the place was very spacious and easy to maneuver. The condo was clean upon arrival, and the interior is very cute. Perhaps mine and my husband's favorite feature was the railed balcony overlooking a little river. Perfect for morning coffee. Location is perfect too. The complex is located just outside of Pigeon Forge. It's a short drive to the strip, but if youre looking for a break from the crowd, there are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby the condo as well. Overall, we are thoroughly pleased with our experience! Will book with Julie again in the future, and I highly recommend her condos to all ages/families/couples :)

This property was perfect! It was conveniently located, but in a quieter part of town- so the best of both worlds! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed seeing the ducks each morning from the balcony. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.

The location is perfect, easy access to everything. Smaller building than most places we've stayed so not as many tenants which was nice. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals in. The only complaint would be that I wish they would clean the baseboard areas once in awhile. Those always seem to get neglected in every place we have stayed.

Wonderful place to stay
Julie is a wonderful host check in was easy. The condo is clean and exactly like the pictures. One bedroom is a little tight but worked fine for us. We enjoyed the pool especially after long days of activities. Being on the first floor was a huge plus. We enjoyed feeding the ducks on the balcony. The location was perfect, close to everything we did. Julie also added a lot of little extras. The beds were comfortable. I would love to come back and stay here again.

Nice quiet location, pool is nice. Balcony and ducks were awesome, nice view of river from balcony. While the shower, tub and counters were fine, the room needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards and corners of all the rooms are pretty gross. Just needs a couple hundred dollar deep cleaning and it will be great
