“I only stayed here two nights but it was just enough time to visit Dollywood and get a couple hikes in. Sitting by the creek and looking through the rocks completed the experience. The bed was comfortable and having cooking utensils in cabin made for quick breakfasts before starting the day. ”

“Our stay was great. Perfect location. We walked to Dollywood. It was great for anyone with a dog. Our dog really enjoyed the upper yard. It is flat and surrounded by bushes, like a fence. We could play frisbee with him up there. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Melissa was an excellent host! The home was clean, well-stocked with linens, and even included laundry soap. She was always easy to reach and quick to respond. The property is quite secluded, about 30 minutes from main attractions, and as noted in the listing, the driveway would definitely require 4WD in the winter. It was perfect for our family, and we’d happily book again. Thanks, Melissa!”

“Property was great, perfect walking to the pool and courts and even to the park to get the dogs some exercise. Beds were super comfy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Jacuzzi was great. Screened in porch was so relaxing. Getting in touch with Cathy was easy and she was super helpful. Can't wait to come back next year!”

“Many positives but one big negative. Unfortunately there was a wet/mildew smell the entire week we were there. We reported it but the manager had no response. Despite the smell the place had many positives. It’s was clean, good location, plenty of room, lots of updates, and nice and quiet.”

“Cozy Cottage worked perfectly for our family. The location and neighborhood can’t be beat. Everything was neat and clean and the layout of the house is great. Having garage access was so helpful and convenient. Jen was so kind, impressively responsive and wonderful to work with. This is the best place we’ve stayed in the smokies using VRBO.
