“We stayed for a long weekend to bring our 4 little kids to Dollywood, and we had the best time! The location was perfect, the house was very clean, and the kids loved the games! My husband even made the comment, “You did good finding this house.” It was close enough to anything you needed to get to, while giving the feel of being farther out. It just felt so cozy! Would definitely recommend! ”

“This property was clean, organized, well kept. Appreciated that the mattresses were zipped with covers! With an uneasy feeling staying anywhere other than home, I was surprised to feel comfortable with the level of cleanliness. (That's saying something, for sure!) Can't thank the owners enough for making this unit available for others to enjoy! Much appreciated! Wish our stay could have been longer, but just a short trip to introduce grandchildren to DollyWood. Amazing time by all. Hope to stay...

The only disappointment was that there were no tables outside for us to sit stuff on or to eat at. I would suggest a few tables outside and maybe a guest book with all the local emergency numbers and a list of things that need to be done and local restuarants. Other than that it was a perfect place for our family to stay while on vacation and i would highly recommend it to...

“Many positives but one big negative. Unfortunately there was a wet/mildew smell the entire week we were there. We reported it but the manager had no response. Despite the smell the place had many positives. It’s was clean, good location, plenty of room, lots of updates, and nice and quiet.”

“I called property management for more information on property and was told I did not have a reservation. I was unable to stay and had to book at another hotel. I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”

No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance.
