WARNING TO OTHERS
After one night stay we were contacted by the property manager who had monitored surveillance cameras informing us to pack our things and remove ourselves from the cabin as we were in violation of the capacity limitation by a single person (that being a toddler). The manager claimed it was a “safety hazard” putting us over the capacity. We were ignored when we suggested an adult and child would leave the property to comply with the capacity limits and requested the possibility of moving to another unoccupied cabin with a bigger capacity. Our young family had been looking forward to this vacation all summer long and this property manager kicked children to the curb without warning and refused to refund any money. I could fully understand if we were some disrespectful college kids partying and being destructive but to try and ruin little kids vacation, to steal from a hard working family is down right wrong. The manager didn’t have the decency to contact us direct to discuss the situation, instead leaving AI to respond. We write this review to inform others that this owner does not care about you and your family's experience but rather greed!

Very cute place!
The location was great. However there is a somewhat busy road that caused noise pollution while chillin’ on the decks. The beds were creaky and felt like they’ve about had it. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The TV area is comfy. To get to this cabin you have to go up a very steep hill, then down the hill about 50’ over. Its was a little scary in my hatchback.

Great cabin off the beaten path
We had a wonderful stay at the Hoot Owl Haven cabin! Everything was very clean, and had just the right amount of space for our family. We loved the multiple decks and the spacious hot tub that was ready to go as soon as we arrived. The added pool area and extra amenities made this stay an enjoyable and peaceful experience for the kids as well as the adults after spending a long day in Gatlinburg. You do have to drive into town as walking would be a little too much of a hike, but that was stated in the listing. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a perfect little cabin just off the beaten path.

Somewhat disappointed
Road noise definately takes away from this cabin experience. No place to walk around cabin.. on a cliff. Also, no instuctions left upon arrival. Had to wait for wifi password & 2 days for a responce on other issues that were never resolved.

Great Place for a vacation
We really enjoyed staying here. It is just outside of all the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and feels like you could be in the country. There is quite a bit of road noise but you are probably 70 feet up off of the ground away from the road. Justin responded to me immediately after any message I sent. And the hot tub was amazing after a day of adventure.

Incredible cabin and location
We had a wonderful time staying here. Communication was superior, location was perfectly close to Smoky mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and we loved the hot tub. Just the cuteness of the cabin made our stay worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Such a great time!

Nice cabin, but well used
Easy check in with your standard check out rules. A nice setting and a very comfortable interior. I understand it's for sale so upkeep is at a minimum. Housekeeping could stand to clean under everything and a little mildew mitigation in the downstairs bathroom is in order. Still a nice stay.

The Owner Gives A Hoot About Your Stay!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Beautiful fall scenery with squirrels jumping in the trees. Justin quickly repaired the front porch light when we notified him it was not working. That really helped using the digital key at night. The cabin was well appointed and we enjoyed our stay there. We have no complaints or suggestions. Thanks Justin@

Beautiful Escape
Cabin was gorgeous. It was very clean, spacious, and we had no issues. Location was perfect as well (Far enough out of town, but just a quick 5-10 min drive to the Gatlinburg strip) we could hear a bit of traffic, but it wasn't disturbing enough to make a difference. Hot tub was fabulous as well. They had plenty of blankets/pillows for snuggling on the couch after a long day of shopping. Property manager was super friendly and easy to get in touch with. We were VERY happy with our cabin and will definitely stay again on our next adventure down to the Smokies. Highly recommend this cabin.
