Get away with friends
We are both older couples and just wanted to relax and catch up. The place was very clean and amenities were very well thought out. Very nice hot tub and there were upper and lower porches that overlooked the valley and mountains. Communication was top notch, we didn't need anything but you could tell our host wanted us to have an exceptional experience and checked in to make sure. Wonderful time!

Perfect cabin retreat
From the beginning the owners were very informative and helpful. My husband and I decided to celebrate our honeymoon here and we could not have picked a better spot. There is not one thing that could have been better. Location was perfect for hiking the Smoky Mts, but also being close to town for groceries and moonshine tastings. This vrbo had everything we needed and more! Fully stocked kitchen! I made soup and chili while there and they had everything I needed plus a full spice rack. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were so soft. We loved watching the sunset off the top deck on the swing and the sunrise with coffee in hand. I can’t say enough about how perfect this cabin was for us and made our honeymoon trip the best we’ve been on yet. I highly recommend this cabin.

Our stay at Serenity Ridge was a delight. Cabin was exactly as described. We couldn't have asked for any additional amenities or a better location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

Look no further…
Seriously, stop looking and just book Serenity Ridge! We just got back from an amazing 8 day escape from reality stay at Serenity Ridge. This cabin is everything you see in the pictures and more. The views are amazing no matter where you are - outside on the wrap around porch, the 2nd floor balcony, or just lounging on a couch or bed. Serenity Ridge is also very clean, labeled, and fully stocked. Just about every day, my wife and I would say “they really thought of everything”…even the wine glasses! Gone are the days of plastic wine glasses that look stained from Mountain Dew. It’s the small details like the real wine glasses that takes this cabin to another level. Lastly, the communication was beyond what we could have expected. From the days and weeks leading up to our trip, during our stay, and even after - Robert and Mallory wanted to make sure you had all you needed, and were living stress free. It’s not just email communication either…an informative guidebook and labels for just about everything in the kitchen including all of the light switches! I’m so glad we found Serenity Ridge, and I hope we get to stay here again in the future.

This property was an amazing choice for me, my wife, and children. It was very clean, very well put together and organized.(All kitchenware, towels, toiletries were provided) The property was in a great location and the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet. Hospitality at its finest!
Our stay at Serenity Ridge was nothing short of incredible—hospitality at its finest! Robert and Mallory have truly thought of everything to make guests feel at home. The cabin is beautifully maintained, with a fully stocked kitchen, top-notch linens, and super comfortable beds. Our favorite spot was the game and lounging area—perfect for unwinding together as a family. And the hot tub? Absolutely perfect after a day of exploring Gatlinburg. AMAZING trip!
Our long-weekend trip to Gatlinburg, and at this cabin, was absolutely wonderful! The only downside was we wish our trip was longer! Gatlinburg/pigeon Forge is a great place for family. As far as the cabin, it couldn’t have been better! It was clean, the views are spectacular, it provided everything we needed, and our host, Robert, was extremely available and accommodating!We would definitely go back for another trip!

Spectacular cabin and gorgeous views!
My husband and I stayed at Serenity Ridge from 11/1 through 11/5. When we entered this cabin, we were blown away by the views from all rooms of this beautiful home. We used the hot tub and firepit every chance we got. The location was fantastic and so close to downtown Gatlinburg. Five star experience and we can't wait to get back!! Thanks Robert & Mallory!!

We loved our time here. The hosts were SOO wonderful with excellent, helpful, and clear communication leading up to the trip. We were very impressed by that. Loved all the amenities with the hot tub, air hockey, foosball, games, puzzles, and well stocked kitchen. The views were as good as they get for the Smoky Mountains. We came for a fall colors trip and choosing to stay here was an excellent choice. Comfortable beds, lots of space for our party of 6. Highly recommend!

It doesn’t get better than this!
This was by far the cleanest, nicest, most comfortable rental i have ever experienced. The house is just stunning and the views are mind blowing from the fire pit and hot tub. The beds are extremely comfortable with high quality bedding. The towels and rags were nicely folded and plenty were available in the bathrooms. The hosts communication was the best I have ever experienced, and they were very kind and helpful. I informed them that the propane tank ran out in the fire pit and they had a new one installed the same morning while we were out in town. The games available up stairs were very fun and we had a blast. 10/10 would come back and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing Cabin
Such a great place to stay in Gatlinburg! The cabin was spotless upon arrival. The hosts were amazing and very responsive to any questions. Awesome view of the smokies. Great for a family trip. Highly recommend!

Perfect Cabin with breathtaking views
The drive to the cabin isn't bad at all for being on TOP of a mountain! Absolutely beautiful views surrounding your entire cabin. We even got to see a whole family of bears! The cabin was clean and included everything you could possibly need on a vacation. I really appreciated the owner's attention to detail. They leave little instructions all around the cabin telling how things work, where to find things, etc. It was literally the perfect location too. Like 10 minutes to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We got to do both and the drive was so convenient. I 1000% would stay here and again and recommend it to anyone!
