Hospitality at its finest!
Our stay at Serenity Ridge was nothing short of incredible—hospitality at its finest! Robert and Mallory have truly thought of everything to make guests feel at home. The cabin is beautifully maintained, with a fully stocked kitchen, top-notch linens, and super comfortable beds. Our favorite spot was the game and lounging area—perfect for unwinding together as a family. And the hot tub? Absolutely perfect after a day of exploring Gatlinburg. If you're looking for a cabin that combines luxury, comfort, and attention to detail, look no further than Serenity Ridge. We’ll definitely be back!

AMAZING trip!
Our long-weekend trip to Gatlinburg, and at this cabin, was absolutely wonderful! The only downside was we wish our trip was longer! Gatlinburg/pigeon Forge is a great place for family. As far as the cabin, it couldn’t have been better! It was clean, the views are spectacular, it provided everything we needed, and our host, Robert, was extremely available and accommodating!We would definitely go back for another trip!

Spectacular cabin and gorgeous views!
My husband and I stayed at Serenity Ridge from 11/1 through 11/5. When we entered this cabin, we were blown away by the views from all rooms of this beautiful home. We used the hot tub and firepit every chance we got. The location was fantastic and so close to downtown Gatlinburg. Five star experience and we can't wait to get back!! Thanks Robert & Mallory!!

awesome accommodations with stunning views
We loved our time here. The hosts were SOO wonderful with excellent, helpful, and clear communication leading up to the trip. We were very impressed by that. Loved all the amenities with the hot tub, air hockey, foosball, games, puzzles, and well stocked kitchen. The views were as good as they get for the Smoky Mountains. We came for a fall colors trip and choosing to stay here was an excellent choice. Comfortable beds, lots of space for our party of 6. Highly recommend!

It doesn’t get better than this!
This was by far the cleanest, nicest, most comfortable rental i have ever experienced. The house is just stunning and the views are mind blowing from the fire pit and hot tub. The beds are extremely comfortable with high quality bedding. The towels and rags were nicely folded and plenty were available in the bathrooms. The hosts communication was the best I have ever experienced, and they were very kind and helpful. I informed them that the propane tank ran out in the fire pit and they had a new one installed the same morning while we were out in town. The games available up stairs were very fun and we had a blast. 10/10 would come back and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing Cabin
Such a great place to stay in Gatlinburg! The cabin was spotless upon arrival. The hosts were amazing and very responsive to any questions. Awesome view of the smokies. Great for a family trip. Highly recommend!

Perfect Cabin with breathtaking views
The drive to the cabin isn't bad at all for being on TOP of a mountain! Absolutely beautiful views surrounding your entire cabin. We even got to see a whole family of bears! The cabin was clean and included everything you could possibly need on a vacation. I really appreciated the owner's attention to detail. They leave little instructions all around the cabin telling how things work, where to find things, etc. It was literally the perfect location too. Like 10 minutes to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We got to do both and the drive was so convenient. I 1000% would stay here and again and recommend it to anyone!

Five Star Cabin
We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The place was incredibly new and spotless, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The views were absolutely breathtaking, allowing us to truly relax and soak in the natural beauty around us. The location was perfect—conveniently close to everything we needed, yet still offered the peace and quiet we were looking for. The host was fantastic, always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Perfect retreat in the mountains!
This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous mountain view. We had such a perfect four-night stay here, and it truly felt like a retreat. I spent the majority of the time on one of the two (large) decks, enjoying the view. Even in the middle summer, it was cool and breezy, and I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't confronted by a single mosquito, which usually love me. I can't say enough of the view! The home was immaculate, and had everything we needed. My kids aren't babies anymore, but I did notice the baby gates and high chair, for those that would need them. We took advantage of the kitchen, which has all items necessary to prepare food and cook a full meal. I forgot to bring coffee, but they had a packet to start us off! Plenty of towels were available in both bathrooms, and I appreciated the diffuser attachment for the hair dryer! I rare find but curly girls understand how important they are ;) The home is very close to the Park, if you wanted to go back and forth several times, it is very convenient. We traveled from New York so were happy to see a bear down the road from the house. We checked that off the bucket list for our trip since we didn't see one in the park. The owner was very prompt and thorough with her communication, which is always appreciated. Check-in was very easy. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I'd recommend this home to anyone. Well worth the money!

My husband and son (age 10) had a wonderful stay at this house. It was conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and the views from the deck were amazing. We really enjoyed iur stay.

Family Time Made Perfect
We were happy to have found and stayed at this property. It had everything we had hoped for to make our short family vacation fun and memorable. The views were breathtaking throughout the day and we especially loved that the hot tub was at the balcony practically overlooking them. When not outside, we played rounds of air hockey and foosball and enjoyed the board games too. This cabin was very well-maintained and very clean, on top of which it literally had everything we needed when we ate in. We had access to all the things that we needed which allowed us to focus more on enjoying our time together as a family than concerning ourselves with how or where to find what. Lastly, the owners/hosts were the most generous and professional ones we have ever encountered here and in other vacation/homestay marketplaces. From weeks prior to our stay all the way to the very last minute, everything was well communicated and problem-free. Thank you very much!

Amazing cabin
We have been coming to the Smokey’s for years and never stayed in a cabin as great as this one! We spent a week and got to see all sorts of animals including bears. The cabin is the cleanest we have ever stayed in and has everything you will need for your vacation! It is a great location and not hard to get to!

Absolutely Amazing!
The views from this cabin were unbeatable! The host was always very quick to respond and even went out of his way to share a bear video with us from their surveillance camera! The cabin was gorgeous and clean and very well kept! I would recommend this place to anyone and truly hope to return some time!
