Perfect condo in a perfect location
The condo was spotless and super nice. The location was close enough to walk everywhere in Gatlinburg. It truly has a cozy cabin feel without all the steep twisty roads on the backside of nowhere.

Cozy Christmas Getaway
This was the best little cozy place that is close to everything! We walked everywhere, and it was amazing not to have to deal with the busy traffic. The only complaint was the elevator that takes you to the street level was broken and we had to walk down the hill and back up, but it wasn't bad at all. Loved every minute of our time away!

The perfect walkable stay!
What a wonderful place!! Everything in Gatlinburg is walking distance and there's also a trolley if walking is a challenge or you get too tired. You want the red trolley. The unit is super clean and has absolutely everything you will need. It is a Keurig so I suggest bringing your favorite K-Cups and fixings. There is an elevator to the street level by the pool so don't mess that. We would have a hard time staying anywhere else when we come back! Highly recommend

Great family weekend
Fun family weekend in the Smokey’s. We were close to hiking and Dollywood. We were walking distance to Restaurants and other amusements. The condo was clean and modern. The hosts were instantaneous in their communication. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

The place is clean, has a great view, the decor is delightful. Steve and Lola were quick to answer, even when I reached out weeks before the trip with questions. The location is pretty central in town, we chose to walk everywhere in town due to traffic so that was a huge draw as well. I highly recommend!

Comfortable, cozy and very clean!!
This is centrally located in downtown Gatlinburg but has a hillside view. Easy walking to all the shops and restaurants on the strip. The condo is fully equipped and spotlessly clean! Great view off the front or rear porch and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and responsive to a couple quick questions and offered dining recommendations. We hope to stay with them again soon. Thanks for a very enjoyable visit!

The condo was great it was beautifully decorated just as advertised. Very clean. Very close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg to shops and places to eat. We had quite a few visitors every day/night the week we stayed. Seamless check in/out process. Would definitely stay again.

This probably is the cleanest place we've ever rented. It was close to the Gatlinburg strip, so we walked everywhere and saved on parking. The condo was spacious and quiet. We didn't hear any of the neighbors. Quick response from the owners when we had a question. Perfect place to stay and will stay there if we visit again. Thanks!

Perfect location for Gatlinburg family vacation
Well-appointed and very comfortable condo in the heart of Gatlinburg! We’re a family of 5 with three boys, ages 13, 11, and almost-9 and we all had a wonderful time! Easy walking distance to town and attractions. The condo was immaculate with comfy beds, a full kitchen, a jetted tub, smart TVs, and is adorably decorated with bears, which became our favorite daily sighting (don’t worry, they’re not looking for trouble, just snacks, but DO NOT FEED THE BEARS). We were a close drive to the National Park and Roaring Fork and the owners put together a notebook with favorite activities, restaurants, etc. that helped guide some of our choices when we didn’t know where we wanted to visit next. Check-in was a breeze and the owners were communicative and checked on us to make sure we had everything we need. Would definitely recommend and the kids are already asking when we can revisit! 😊
