Great condo. It was perfect for our two young kids and ourselves. Having the kitchen was very convenient. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. We even saw a bear in the parking lot!

Had 6 nights and only stayed there one night. It is an excellent place if you don’t need the pull out sofa bed. They are never the most comfortable, but this one had a metal bar right across my back. We tried layering blankets over it but it didn’t help. I ended up getting a two bedroom somewhere else. Could not see staying there any longer and being miserable.

This condo was very nice and clean. Everything was there including extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, hair dryer, coffee, etc. I would stay here again.

Perfect for a couple

Condo was the perfect size for us. The bed is extra firm, so it was a little hard for us, but I know some prefer this. The location is convenient to the parkway. The shower had great water pressure.

Perfect location!

This location is excellent! Easy access to the best amenities Gatlinburg has to offer. We parked the car and didn't have to move it for two days. We walked to shopping, food, and the trail to the visitor center and cataract falls. Book this condo; you'll be glad you died

Pleasant stay

Loved the location,a lot to do and no need to pay for parking since most things are walking distance. We walk to Anakeesta and it was a 18 min walk at the most and you get to see the small stores when walking around.

Close to the action!

I wasn’t disappointed :). Looks like the photos. Just a little smaller than expected. The exterior of the building looks dated but the inside of the unit looks refreshed. I’d stay here again.

Perfect girls weekend

We had an amazing time visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The condo was perfect for our stay. It is cozy with a modern mountain vibe. The condo is very clean with everything you need. The bed is so comfy and has extra pillows. I was impressed by the water pressure in the bathroom. The location is downtown within walking distance of the main strip. You can walk down the street to the sky lift/bridge. There is pretty much anything you can think of to eat, drink and entertain yourself within walking distance. I highly recommend going into Pigeon Forge to the Dolly Stampede it is hands down the best dinner show there. Thank you Nick for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be coming back soon.

The unit was cute and clean. The water pressure and temperature was fantastic. Location is perfect! We WILL book this unit again!!!Only warning I have is…. Bring your house shoes in the cold months! It’s a 1st floor unit and those tile floors get COLD!

Great little place with Great location!

Very cute and clean! The only thing missing was pillowcases for the pull out sleeper sofa which I am sure the owner would have taken care of immediately as they were so responsive however we arrived later in the evening and made due.
