The property we rented was perfect for our needs. It had to be changed because of the hurricane, and the property you placed us in was not suitable for people to stay in. We explained what was happening to property management, but did not hear back from them after we sent them pictures of one of the problems. We paid for a first superior property than what we were housed in, and we would like to be reimbursed for the difference. The property we stayed in is not being maintained properly and needs to be repaired before it's rented out again. I would appreciate a call for management.
