BEWARE - 30 DEGREES - NO HEATING!!!!
This location was nice and clean enough - but had NO HEATING in 30 degree temperatures!!!! And even if the heating did work the owner left a written request to NOT run heat above 70 degrees!!! This is VERY MISLEADING and should have been disclosed prior to taking our money. We purchased firewood and lit the fireplace but could not overcome the unhealthy frigid temps and had to depart a day sooner. This was very disappointing.

Everything was very clean and owners was responsive and allowed us to check in early. The only problem is you do not have control over the heat and the condo got down to 62 and the little heater doesn’t do much. The thermostat is Google Mist and there was no instruction booklet as stated by owner. It was really cold . But that was the only thing I can say negative . I think with it being winter a better heater like a roll around radiator might be nice. I would rent again and bring my own heater. It’s very cute and in a wonderful location

Couples Get Away
The condo was clean and updated. It is an easy walk to all of the attractions in Gatlinburg. The condo was also quiet, I am a light sleeper and no issues with noise at all. We arrived early and was able to check in early, which was nice.

Great Location
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the property, it was the perfect size for just the two of us. Really enjoyed the location and how the farthest walk was just under 15 minutes from Anakeesta. We also liked that we could see the skybridge lit up for Christmas from the front of the condo. Will book again in the future!

Overall the stay was great! Only complaint if any was lack of a cookie sheet, but we went out and bought one at walmart in Pidgeon Forge and accidentally it, so I guess now yall have one haha Location was great, had access to many things in Gatlinburg. 10/10

Great location!
Location is a plus! Although it is at one end of the strip. It was in walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. The exterior of the complex could use a little updating. Overall, the condo was perfect for the two of us! I am not sure that it would work for more than two people comfortably. But like I said, it was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was functionable. The shower water pressure was excellent. My only complaints are that the towels were small and wimpy and there should be a mirror available at least in the bedroom so that while my husband was shaving in the bathroom, I could Blow dry my hair. Sounds kind of foolish, but it’s faster if we can get ready in the morning at the same time. other than that, everything was clean, well maintained and decorated nicely.

The accommodations were small but cozy. The bed was very comfortable and there is a television in both the living room and bedroom. Plenty of towels were provided. The condo is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and activities. Covered parking is available and the host was very responsive to any questions.

This condo feels like a cozy cabin, and it is an amazing deal! We are definitely staying here again! It's great for two people that want a landing spot between adventures, but it would be awfully tight for a family. You are located just off the Southwest end of the strip, so you're very close to a lot of great dining, such as Crockett's Breakfast Camp and the Park Grill, and you're only a ten to fifteen minute walk to attractions like the Aquarium or Anakeesta. Locations further down the strip, like Hillbilly Golf or the Moonshine Coaster, may take a trolley ride or a quick car ride. The property itself is older, but the owner keeps this unit very clean and neat. We only had two minor gripes. First, there is a hot water heater housed in a bedroom closet, so you may hear the pipes, but it did not keep us up or anything. Also, the condo is very close to the strip, but there's not an actual crosswalk from the condo to the sidewalk across the street. We didn't have any problems with crossing the street, but someone with mobility issues, such as someone with a wheel chair, could have a problem.
