Squeaky bed. Cold shower.
Cleanliness, location and decor were nice but a hot shower and a good night’s sleep were lacking. The bed squeaked and shifted 1-3 inches every time either of us moved in the bed. We are average sized people. My wife took a hot shower and 20 minutes later when I took a shower the water went cold after 3-4 minutes.

Great experience!
A soon as we walked in, we saw a gift on the bed! A very beautiful Christmas tree ornament that will go nicely on our tree at home. The condo was very clean and cozy. Use the free tickets! Great host communication! Loved this stay! We will come again!

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge! Especially Gatlinburg you are able to walk everywhere! No need to pay for the $20 parking it’s close to everything! The apartment itself was amazing as well they provided us with almost everything we needed! we will more than likely come back next year!

Exceeded all expectations
Condo was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. The condo was spotless, with every corner impeccably maintained. The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home, and I instantly felt relaxed and comfortable. The location of the condo was ideal, as it was just a short walk to the parkway. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I cannot recommend this condo enough. The cleanliness, coziness, and perfect location make it the ideal place to stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

This is a cozy, rustic Condo in downtown Gatlinburg. So many things to do and places to eat all within walking distance. We had a small internet issue upon arrival but Laurie was quick to respond and offer solutions.

Location was perfect. Park and walk to all things offered in Gatlinburg. Clean 3rd floor condo. Everything we needed was there. Great communication. I’d definitely recommend.

Super cute and in walking distance.
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The condo is super cute and cozy . It is obvious that Laurie cares about her properties. There was a special wedding gift and it was so thoughtful. We were in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, so we never had to pay for parking. The condo building is quite so we were able to sleep pretty well. We were a little disappointed that the pool wasn't ready, but honestly it was too cold. And they had it cleaned by the time we checked out. We would definitely stay in one of the properties by Distinctive Getaways again.

Incredible find
We were surprised by not only the location to almost everything, but also by how wonderful the unit was. Very clean and the decor was great. Check-in was all done via email/text communication with host. We definitely recommend staying here. We did not like the *(complimentary) bogo tickets via the service pushed in emails received and via advertisement on the room (QR CODE). The service rep we contacted was very difficult to understand and despite asking her to repeat herself several times we did not purchase tickets. with the BOGO offer. We ended up getting the same deal via coupons online without having to give up our credit card info over the phone. Overall the unit was incredible and we would stay here again.

We loved everything about this place except for the bed. The mattress was sinking in the middle. Needs a new one. But i will say the lady we rented from was amazing . Best we ever had . We will use her again . Loved how clean it was and the location. Wish the hot tub was open .
