Lovely little condo and fairly close walk to the main street that goes through Gatlinburg. The property was clean and felt safe, I’m a solo female traveler and felt comfortable walking back from town alone after dark. The decor is music themed, so if you’re into music you’ll love it! It was really cold during my visit and the gas fireplace was wonderful for evenings on the couch. I’m knocking off one star because the two things I care about most when traveling (mattress comfort and good shower pressure) were just meh. Everything else about the place was excellent!

Anniversa Trip
We stayed here for our anniversary and the property was in a good location. A little bit of a walk to downtown, but no problem for us. My only complaint is the mattress. It was hard as a rock with a hump in the middle. The owner was excellent at communicating with us and even sent an email with tips on the area and alternative routes to avoid all the traffic.

Great time
We had a great. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Our only down fall was when it said a short walk to town. It was close to town but after walking all day the walk back wasn’t the greatest. It is all up hill so that wasn’t great but we would highly recommend this place and will be back again.

Best place for a short stay
It was a great space for 2 people who weren’t in the place for long periods of the day. My wife had a hard time reaching many things in the kitchen as it was all placed so high up. I had to bring some cups and plates down to the counter so she would be able to use them. Overall a wonderful stay and we would love to be able to stay here again in the future for our vacation. It was located really close to downtown and we took advantage of the stairs that led to downtown. On a side note (nothing that can be done but this is a heads up) you will be able to hear your neighbors. Unless we had the tv on we could hear people in other units talking or walking across the floor. Nothing too bad but it was noticeable.

Loved it!
This was perfect for our anniversary trip. The property was extremely clean and perfect for just the two of us. It was convenient to be so close to downtown and the property was easy to find. I saw someone had suggested the room needed blackout curtains and the owner did add them. There are bright lights that come on outside at night so they were definitely needed and were very helpful. The only thing we didn’t love was the bed was extremely firm and a bit uncomfortable. We would definitely come back.

Problems with door won't lock correctly. Mattress on the bed was awful. and steps down the back did not walk on to the main road there was still quite a walk to get there. But it was clean.

Great Customer Service, Subpar Unit
I would first like to say Randall the property owner is wonderful! Great customer service and responsive. I truly was so excited to stay here! When we arrived the location to downtown appeared great. Bit of a hike uphill but it’s the mountains. However when we walked into the unit it was nothing like the pictures. I was expecting a rustic cabin outdoorsy feel, because again…mountains, but the music genre theme was not hitting. There also has been some repairs done that can only be described as “landlord special” There was also a very overwhelming perfume smell from the plugin that we could not find. There is no blanket on the bed, just a very thin decorative sheet. Towels were very scratchy and there is absolutely no water pressure in the shower. Bring your own toilet paper, pillows and towels. I had such high hopes, I really wanted to love it here, but the photos were very misleading.

The property was very clean well supplied and quiet. We were very disappointed how far away from the strip it was! we were very misled it was a 20 minute walk which made our stay there very difficult unless we wanted to drive are car everyday and pay parking everyday! The office on site was not open any day we were there! we will not stay here again to far to walk!

Great location
It was awesome to be able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The walk back is all uphill and then there is this substantial number of stairs to get to the condo… Not a problem for us, but it could be a challenge for some individuals. The room was clean, but has a couple maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The shower actually leaked out onto the floor, which has caused a problem with the tile. We put a towel on the floor to soak up the water so the tile wasn’t slippery. The bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. we had plenty of linens and the room offered everything we needed. Would have given an overall rating of 5 if it weren’t for the maintenance issues.

Perfect for two people on vacation
Wish there was a sixth star on communication this was the best I've experienced in the 8 years I have used short term rentals. Location is perfect for us as described. You do need legs to walk the stairs after a day in town, not everyone can do it. The end tables had ample drawers for us, so we didn't miss the dresser. Honestly only issue was the Keurig. we got 1 to 3 ounces of coffee for each press of the button. May just need cleaning. Would not recommend it for children since they have to go through the bedroom to get to the bath. For my wife and I, perfect.
