Great stay
Accurate listing, had an issue with the hot tub but was able to troubleshoot and get it working. Very enjoyable stay! Only recommendation would be to have blinds/curtains on lower level.

Short drive to downtown from cattage
Property met all expectations as listed. Few minor issues needed attention. New shower head in downstairs bathroom current one cracked and plumbing cant keep up when both bathroom are in use in regards to pressure and hot water.

Hiking cabin
The cabin was very clean and had a nice décor. Beds were comfortable. The cabin only came with 4 medium size towels, if you are going to use the hot tub, bring your own. If you don't mind resetting the internet, and wiggling the light switches and a hot tub that did not work for the majority of the trip, the place would do.

Peaceful stay at Locklyn's Loft
We had a peaceful stay in the woods close to Great Smoky Mountain National Park and away from the craziness of Gatlinburg. The hot tub, grill, and washer/dryer were all highlights. The house could be cleaner inside and out. Also, we missed the "extras" that have been at most of the VRBOs we've stayed at such as pool towels for hot tub, shampoo/body wash, and enough dishwasher detergent. That said, it is a great location, the beds are comfortable, and communication was very good.

Comfortable stay
We had a nice stay at the cottage. Every thing was as advertised and clean. Bears do roam nearby so having a chance to see them up close was a bonus. All in all, I would recommend this property.

Fantastic Family Vacation in Gatlinburg
Cabin was awesome, clean, and perfect for our family vacation in the Smokies! It was nice to be able to get away from all the people, quiet area with woods, and huge deck to enjoy it all. Loved the pool table and hot tub. Cabin was super clean, nicely decorated, and had comfy furniture. Beds were comfy as well. Cabin was secluded but still within 5 minutes of downtown Gatlinburg and Park entrance. We saw bears roaming around the cabin nearly day. Only negative was that the WiFi wasn’t working, but we somehow survived. Spent most of our time out and about so wouldn’t have used it much anyway.

Relaxing 😌
Cabin was easy to get to and had a nice clean smell when we walked in. Looked just like the photos! The area itself is quiet. My favorite part was sitting on the deck listening to nothing but the nearby stream and maybe a couple birds chirping. Very relaxing! We only used the bed on the main floor and it was comfortable. Slept great all 4 nights! If guests arrive after dark there are working exterior motion lights where you park and then near the front door. Very helpful! Seen several wild turkeys on the property during our stay and one morning had mama bear and her 2 cubs out back behind the cabin. We quietly watched them from the deck and took pictures! Justin is an excellent host! Checked in with us the morning after our arrival to make sure we settled in okay and if we needed anything. He responds quickly and wants to make sure his guests are happy!

Good Location & Layout but Issues
We stayed at the property for a family vacation. Upon entering the house, we found the 2nd bedroom locked which we needed as we had 4 guests (as shown in our booking). Emailed the owner asking for a key. Was told there wasn’t anyone who could come help us and to try to access the room using a card. I ended up having to take the doorknob off completely with a screwdriver we happened to have in our vehicle (there were no tools in the house). Then the downstairs bathtub wouldn’t drain. Wi-Fi connection issues because of multiple passwords given. Toaster was broken. The clubhouse which was advertised to be used by guests was closed for the season (makes sense for the pool but the playground??? no mention of that possibility anywhere so we wasted time trying to go). So many things that I ended up having to contact the owner about throughout our stay was very annoying. The owner was not particularly helpful as most of his responses were to do things like try other outlets (we already did), or try to fix the issue on our own (like the doorknob). Not what I want to be doing on my family vacation. The layout of the house is very nice, having a pool table was fun, the location- while the road to get to is a little steep and windy- provided a nice seclusion from all of the hustle and bustle down in Gatlinburg. We had easy access to the national park, and more touristy areas if we wanted them. The owner made a very small adjustment on my account after I pointed out all the issues.

Perfect mountain getaway
This cabin was the perfect location in the mountains while still being close to downtown Gatlinburg. We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the hot tub and spent our days exploring the mountains and all that Gatlinburg had to offer. The host was friendly and communicative before and throughout our stay, answering all questions quickly. Cleanliness is very important to me, and the cabin was extremely clean! We will definitely be back to stay again!

Great location but cabin could be cleaner
We loved the location of the cabin and the amenities it had. However, our bed on the main floor had lots of hair in it. (Pictures can be provided) it felt like the sheets had not been washed from the previous guest. We were also disappointed that there was only one trash bag in the kitchen for our trash since we ran out of room. If those things would have been different our stay would have been perfect.

Pretty nice home BUT
A few problems I found was first the hills going in and out are pretty steep, be careful going in and out, a few problems within the cabin, the silverware needs a better clean some had food still on them, the grill in the back was filthy ' had grease dropping out of the bottom, and the top was not fastened to the grill so when you lift up you gotta hold the top or it will drop backwards, the door to the downstairs bedroom had a crooked screw in the frame so you couldn't fully close the door, and the water pressure was very poor, took like 45 minutes to fill up the jacuzzi tub, other then that the house was nice and clean, nice furniture and acceptable amenities, nice for a weekend away, but personally wouldn't stay again because of the amount of cabin options available' but would be great for a family on a budget

Long weekend getaway!
It was very nice cabin and perfect for us,only stayed for 2 days but could have stayed more,peaceful location ,not far from town,very enjoyed our stay,we will be back.
