This house is great - very peaceful! Way bigger than we expected so our group of 12 had plenty of space. Also, very clean. We had plenty to do at the house - pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, books and a hot tub. Although we couldn't see the golf course due to the leaves on the trees, we did have beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. We saw a mama bear with 2 cubs! She also helped herself to food left in an unlocked vehicle so heed the warning! No damage done. There are more trees than pictured, and a covered porch has been added to the front. We loved the tall ceilings, huge windows and spacious bedrooms. Even the bunk room was cozy. Location was great especially since most of us were there to golf. If you enjoy wading in a river and/or hiking, I highly recommend the Greenbrier Picnic area in the national park. There are several pull-offs with great areas to get in the river. Our favorite was the second pull-off on the left after the road turns to dirt. The drive up to the house, Andrew's Way, is typical for cabins in Gatlinburg - curvy, narrow in places and a little steep but not too steep that you need 4-wheel drive. The driveway is also doable, but the minivan scraped every time even with us turning around and going in, so we ended up parking it in the lower driveway which was so much easier. Two vehicles easily fit at the top and two at the bottom. The hosts are great! Quick to respond. Super easy check-in. Highly recommend booking your stay here!
