“Was perfect. Great location. Property just as advertised. Close to Cappy’s market which has everything including great food. Would suggest getting a golf cart to get around. Is 15 minute ride to Gasperilla. Beautiful marina view. And for us. Was very quiet. We will return . Oh btw. Manatees wandering the marina!!”

“This CO condo was very clean, fresh and beautifully decorated. The condo was spacious and accommodated the three of us well. All modern amenities inside. We had direct access to a beautiful part of the beach. The atmosphere of the condo community is warm and family friendly. “We have stayed at this house before. The location is outstanding but if you have a boat, you will need to find another place to keep it, as this house is not on the water but it is a very short walk to beach. Also a very short walk to downtown Boca with many shops, restaurants, etc. There are two marinas close by, can walk but quick golf cart trip, but call way in advance to get a slip. There is little market on the island but would advise a stop at Publix just a few miles before you come over...
