Loved our Bear Lake stay!
Property was situated in a perfect location for our activities. A few hiccups with a broken disposal, clogged drain and some kitchen cleaning issues, but help came and everything worked out nicely.

Property neglected
I believe the property was probably great in the past. The passcode to enter the property did not unlock the door to the property. We brought this up to the number provided for issues, but no follow up. The projector to the theater room was missing. The owner did reimburse a portion the cost of the rental and apologized. However, I don’t think it should be advertised as a feature to choose their property if it wasn’t present.The downstairs family room TV was broken and sitting in the garage. The upstairs shower rod and curtain fell when it was used and hit my daughter-in-law in the head. The remotes were missing or not working for several televisions. The house advertised that cable TV was available, but it was not. The swing in the backyard had missing cushions. As mentioned earlier the place was probably really nice when it was originally listed years ago, but has since been neglected. This comes across like the owners focus is to cut corners to save or make money rather than provide a great place to stay.

99.9% amazing place! We had a wonderful reunion here!
The place is beautiful and has amazing view. It was very comfortable for our family which included adults and younger children. When we arrived, it was clean and sanitized, but the cleaners had missed some trash the previous guests had left on the deck (easy mistake). The only real complaint we have is that the listing claims to have an on-site electric car charger, when there is none. When questioned about it, the hosts informed us the “on-site” charger is in Garden City near a church. We strongly suggest changing the listing so people know what to really expect. We had a wonderful time enjoying the home and the beautiful area that is Bear Lake. Thanks for a great time!

Lovely place and location
Stayed here to celebrate a birthday with friends and had a great time! Went to the lake and spent a lot of time outside. The living room area was great for football watching and the theater we watched jaws!

Great house horrible property management
The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. It was close to town and had lots of space. The difficult part was with the property management. The message I sent did not get replied to until after check out. The electronic door battery were dead and not opening. We stood outside for over an hour trying to get help in. Direct message on the VRBO app were never replied to. We finally found a number on google and sat on hold and navigated through a mess of questions to finally get a back up key. This was the only set back… the house was great!

Loved amount of bedrooms, kitchen was stocked well & used theater room every evening. Great time!!
We really enjoyed our time! Close to the lake, wonderful bike/walking trails, theater room was used every evening. Kitchen well stocked with cookware. TV set up a little complicated (wished we had a manual for that) maybe that was just us though. Fire alarms went off around 5:30 a.m. 😳 because of water leakage, however maintenance came that day and fixed problem. Great response! 👍🏼 Beautiful memories made❣️

Fun place to stay.
This was a very spaceous cabin. It was very clean and we really enjoyed the theater room. Lots of fun movies to watch. Having two kitchens was great. Lots of space for everyone.

Family Reunion
This property was amazing! I was so pleased for the size and cleanliness of the home. I have a family member in a wheel chair, brought his ramp and was able to access the main floor through the garage. Plenty of parking for 8 vehicles and a trailer. There were several babies, and the rooms were big enough for portable cribs. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Three fridges was so appreciated! Feeding 20-25 at each meal was easily accomplished with all the kitchen dishes and cooking utensils. The best part was everyone was able to sit in the kitchen together. The washer and dryer was needed. There were plenty of towels. The ease of getting to the beach and down town was nice. We had one day of 65 degrees and wind, (Be sure to bring a sweater) Two days of sunshine. Fabulous memories for our family. We are already planning on doing this again! Thanks!

Can't go wrong!!
This house was perfect for our family of 18. Plenty of space to spread out yet be together too. I was excited to see they had a lawn, although not a huge one, to be able to play some outdoor games. The view of the lake was great and it only took a few minutes to get there to play in the water. Would've loved a hottub but other than that it was aweome!! Thank you! We will be back!

Reunion
The house is very comfortable and in a good location. We had to clean the inside fridge shelves and some frozen ice cream in the garage fridge freezer before we could put in our food. We also ran out of toilet paper in a couple of the bathrooms. Prior to our stay I emailed the owner twice with questions and received no answer to either inquiry. We were happy to see some grass in the back. The grill on the deck had melted cheese and grease which we had to clean up before we could use it. We have stayed here twice and would stay again in the future.

Awesome Family getaway in Bear Lake
We loved staying at this property! The first thing you notice when you walk in is the amazing view from the big living room windows! Wow! The decorations were darling. It was big enough to fit three families, all sleeping in beds. Everything was super clean and comfortable! We LOVED that 2 kayaks. 2 paddle boards, sand toys and beach chairs were provided. That made our 2 days at the lake really enjoyable! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway
This is a really nice property! Lots of rooms, accommodating enough for our large family, clean, new, quiet neighborhood, and with beautiful views of Bear Lake and surrounding farmland. It's a perfect getaway, for wither a long stay or short. We will want to stay again....soon.
