It’s an older hotel but it was clean, had hot water, cold air, working furnace, working television, easy parking, comfortable bed, easy chair, a good price and it was all I needed. I have no complaints. But if you want something snazzy and new, then go elsewhere. But if you don’t, this is perfect. ”

“Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink...

He told all his teammates about the house and "his room" .. they were quite envious when they heard about it! We are so glad we were able to join his family for this fun time and found your home to stay in. Michelle had the whole house stocked with everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again when in the neighborhood!”
