New Years vacation
We loved our overall stay and would definitely stay again. The property as a whole is beautiful and lots for the family to do. I loved how close it was to the beach. The view from this particular condo was absolutely stunning. I spent hours on the balcony. I did notice it didn't look like the patio was cleaned. there was rice on the table and we found a container from a restaurant on the ground. The counter in the kitchen also felt like it wasn't wiped off very good. Honestly not a huge deal the rest of the place was still beautiful and we loved it here. my only suggestion would be to offer beach towels. The note said we aren't to take the bathroom towels the beach or the pool. I was very shocked at that. We asked the front desk if they had any but they said its up to the owners and we could call and have them bring us some. I wasn't about to call the owners on New Years Eve around 8 pm to get towels. I would recommend this place and I can't wait to go back. Thank you again Hope to stay there again soon.

Amazing Amenities
This building has the best amenities of any condo I’ve stayed at in Galveston. The pools were plentiful and huge and clean. The lazy river was always flowing, with plenty of inner tubes. Lots of outdoor seating. The private movie theater is so fun, as is the arcade. The condo itself is very clean, with an amazing view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing view but…
Beautiful 5 th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. But condo is on the tired side but acceptable . Kitchen and island small but nice. Newer appliances. Biggest issue was the air conditioner making a thumping noise probably from the water drain connecting to the sink drain. AC worked fine but annoying thumping noise muffled by closing the sink plug. No response from the property manager by email nor phone. Nice property but less than ideal. Great pool and great lazy river and short walk to the beach.

Great place!
We'd definitely say 5 star in every aspect of our stay. Some may say "kinda pricey", but you get what you pay for. We've owned a 2nd place in Galveston and this is soooo less expensive. Plus, come and go as you need.

The view from this property is stellar, and the pictures are true pictures, but the areas are much smaller than the pictures reflect. There was a constant banging under the hall bathroom sink that I reported to the front desk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beach & pool Getaway
Condo shown exactly on photos. Great location in the building, close to the main area elevator. Everything needed to cook, extra trash bags, dish soap, a couple laundry & dishwashing pucks, paper towels, scrub pad, toilet paper, and shampoo, conditioner and soap. Lots of towels! Easy checkin. Only one little issue/question which was fixed within 30 minutes after calling them. Every morning I would take my 3 year old grandaughter to the inside kids play area and the big kids play area. Very clean outside and an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Lazy River brings us back
It was unfortunate that the pool was closed the whole time. Would have liked to have known that agead of time. The water pressure in the hall bathroom was terrible. Also the pipes or something made noise in hall bath 24/7. The second bedroom mattress was sunk in on left side. Hard to sleep there. This is our second year in a row to come. We do love the complex abd the lazy river is awesome. It was not as clean as it was last year. We will come back but will find another condo

Nice Stay
It’s the second time I come to this condominium building however not the same room. Regarding this room I would say it ver nice overall. The problem I had is with the beach tower that they don’t provide. Also when I spoke with one of the associate asking if they had beach chairs for rent close to this place she said yes, and that was not the case. Also asked if they had a baby crib, she say no but when I arrived there was one in the room. I barely created space in my trunk for the crib just to find out they had one also. I felt like they are not informed of property. No ice in this building,just whatever ice is on room.Overall it was a nice stay.

Annual Beach Trip
We stayed at this property last year and had a wonderful time. This year however, the condo was rundown and needed some TLC. The lock on the patio door was broken, toaster was broken, no remotes for the ceiling fans, the patio furniture was corroded etc. This would have warranted a 4 star rating but because the property manager never replied to any of my messages throughout the weekend, I gave it a 3 star rating.

Beautiful area and resort but independent condo needed some TLC.
There were several small issues that added up to some significant hassles. We contacted the service manager and he did his best with the situation. We did have a great time and our adventure was what we made of it. Beautiful views, awesome property and amenities, & lots of activities in the area. Overall a great time!

Great location on a quiet side of the beach, fantastic unobstructed ocean views and amenities. Property could be a bit cleaner, one sink was clogged with hair, some dirt on baseboards. Bed mattresses need to be changed as they’re too soft and sunk. Also need a new toaster and replace pans and pots. Most knives unusable, need sharpening. In general, great property and outside of the few aforementioned annoyances we’d stay here again.

Nice visit for family reunion
This was a nice place for our family but as the resort was not busy this time of year, getting hot water to the shower took a very long time. Not sure there was a fix for this but 10+ minutes was a long time to wait with water running.

Great pool & beach
Had a lovely weekend at the property, top quality, well stocked kitchen (only hitch was the toaster was broken). Fantastic pool and lazy river and the beach is right next door. Quite a few beach toys for younger kids. It would be good to have beach towels and a beach umbrella for summer visits. Very quiet location, we didn't have a car but there was a small grocery store for basics (including alcohol) and a wonderful restaurant and coffee shop across a busy road from the condo (be super careful crossing) We ordered from Uber eats for one night - lots of choices if you don't want to drive.

Great place to stay!
This unit was very clean and accommodating for our family of four. The space was open and the patio gave beautiful views of the ocean and the Galveston beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!
