Our stay at this beautiful property was amazing, my husband, our 2 children and I enjoyed the stay here, you can look at the sea from any area of the house, I am sure we will return.

Súper nice !!! Y relajante

La casa estaba muy limpia y todo nuevo, así como en las fotos, pasamos un días muy relajados y felices mi esposo, y yo con nuestros hijos. En verdad disfrutamos mucho en familia porque el lugar es muy tranquilo y la playa está a solo dos minutos caminando, ademas en las mañanas se puede tomar café o desayunar en su terraza mirando el mar, increíble!!! Lo que estábamos buscando, En las tardes nos sentábamos en la terraza a contemplar la puesta de sol con una copa de vino, maravilloso,. En el storage abajo hay sillas de playa y un carrito para llevarlas a la playa, hay ducha abajo para quitarse el agua salada y la arena antes de entrar a la casa. La cocina completa y muy cómoda, cocinamos nuestro desayuno y cena, todo muy bien. El lugar es muy agradable porque el acceso a esa parte de la playa desde afuera restringido y solo estábamos los de ese grupo de casas, lo cual mejoró nuestra estancia porque había poca gente y mucho espacio, ademas que en esa área de playa no permiten entrar con carros lo que la hace más segura y placentera. Las camas muy cómodas y toda la lencería muy limpia. Un punto importante, deben llevar sus toallas de playa. El asador está en el storage y esta nuevo. Muchas gracias por todo

The best place we have stayed in the area!

Our family has been staying in this area annually for years. This was our best stay yet. The condo was so clean and well stocked. The communication from the host was exceptional. We plan to book this place moving forward each year. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful home, location and host

We loved our stay. The venue was clean and appealing. You are walking distance to the beach which is so nice! The host was super responsive and very kind. Highly recommend! We will return!

Family beach weekend

Location was perfect, such a beautiful home! It fit our family of 7 perfectly. Had everything we needed for a fun family vacation, family games and a beautiful view of the beach. Even our picky teens loved everything about the house and place! Definitely will be back!

Perfect accommodations!

Host was amazing and checked in on me after the first day to make sure everything was to my liking. The bathrooms were beautifully remodeled, short little walk to the beach, the kitchen was large and upgraded appliances. Can't say enough great things about this town home as it made our stay perfect! I will be back!

An awesome spring break!

The property is clean and spacious. So close to the beach! We would go to the beach to watch the sunrise and play in the sand. We also come back when the sun is less intense. My kids enjoyed this vacation a lot.

Great Owner, decent house.

This property was suitable but not great like other reviews. I was optimistic because of the reviews, such as a few lights out in the master bath and the door not closing unless it was locked (annoying when taking a dog out). Overall the property is nice, in a good location, and the opener was extremely receptive and caring. He definitely adds lot of value to the place. There were good amenities such as beach chairs and lots of kitchen utilities to use. Overall, decent place just not up. to my standards for cleanliness.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay very much! Although this is a "third-row" house, the views of the water from the living, dining, and master bedroom are AMAZING! The neighborhood is quiet and it seemed we had the entire beach to ourselves. The furnishings need some updating, but overall the home is very nice and in a perfect location.

wasn't able to stay but what I can say is the owner was very nice he called me to let me know something happen and we couldn't stay while I was sad I did understand things happen he offered to give me a refund and let me pick how I wanted to receive it I will try and book this property at a later date

Fall in love with Galveston

We took a little family trip to celebrate my birthday. October in Galveston is magical. We loved the location out of the heavy tourist traffic, but close enough to eat at the best restaurants. The beach was very quiet and just a few steps from the house. The house was climate controlled, including humidity, and very comfortable. With three full bathrooms and a spacious living floor, there is more than enough room to spread out while you hang out. Looking forward to our next visit.

Relaxing getaway

Staying at this place was nice clean calm and relaxing. The beach is close not crowded. You have to try the bidet and the hot tub! Highly recommend for a nice relaxing get away

Just what we needed!

Communication with host was fast and friendly. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful view! Allowed my family time to reconnect stress-free. Remember to bring your heavy duty mosquito spray. The post-hurricane mosquitoes were NO joke! All in all, lovely getaway.

Nice home, close to beach! Two grills both rusted so could not use. I wish there was a broom and dust pan and kitchen towels just to keep clean while staying. Location great close to beach and small grocery both in walking distance. House was nice.

Great place on West End

Good value for the price. Thoughtful hosts provided well stocked property. Place as described. Recommend stayed here if you like quick beach access on West side of Galveston.

Just What the Doctor Ordered!

We had such a special time at our “home away from home” in Jamaica Beach. The Townhome was exactly what we needed and beach access is only a two minute walk. We absolutely loved walking up to the sunrise views and the home had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials to cook and the location of the kitchen is central which made it easy to enjoy family time while others were playing games at the table or in the living room. Loved the master bedroom windows and jacuzzi tub. The beds were comfortable. Kids loved the bunk beds in their room. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and has a really kind communication style. This townhome is ideal for one family with up to maybe 3 or 4 kids. We have two boys and felt the home was not too big for us yet everyone had their space to spread out and enjoy solitude too. We will return hopefully soon. Book it and enjoy!
