Destination property with every amenity
This is the perfect property for a large group. So close to the beach, gorgeous panoramic views, so many spaces for entertaining. The floor plan is fantastic and the house is well equipped. Props to the host for being very responsive and helpful. Fire pit, ping pong, and so much more. WYSIWYG - an awesome experience!

The check in process was very easy and accommodating. Upon entry the house was very clean. As we began to settle in we noticed the floors were chipping and some slight mold in the bathrooms. Also bathroom toilet seats were not secure. The floors throughout creeked pretty badly and some parts were lifted. We absolutely loved the gaming room downstairs. We never realized we had to completely exit the home to enter the basement part of the house. Made it quite difficult for our kids but we managed. The pool and yard looked wonderful and we wish it wasn't too cold to swim!

Great property but maintenance wasn’t great.
We enjoyed the property and believe it has so much potential. It was a great space with lots of room. It was pretty dirty from previous renters though. Light fixtures were extremely dusty, floors were sticky, dishes weren’t clean, there was trash from previous renters and tape stuck to a lot of things, and the door knobs were missing on a lot of doors, bugs cooked into the coffee pot, we couldn’t find some light switches we would have liked and not much privacy in restrooms. I believe it could be great if it were cleaner and a little more love to the house. We had a great time and did love our stay but for the price we believe it needs a lot more attention.

Very nice, close to beach
Nice size home. Very clean. Close to beach access. Big kitchen a plus. Pool was enjoyed by all. Had a wonderful time. Only downside was bottom floor bunk room is only accessed from the outside.

Great rental w lots of large beds for adults and teens. Definitely a big house, so good one for multiple families/friends to stay together. Nice pool and big game room! Great communication with property management. Bring a can opener! There’s was broken at the time we stayed.

We stayed for a last mini vacation before school started. The house was beautiful kids had things to do in the game room or the pool. Plenty of seating space and the house was clean. Always got a response from the manager right away . Ac worked great. Thanks we have a great family time.

Quick Getaway
Love the size and private pool this property has to offer. The beds were super comfy and plenty of bath towels. I was disappointed in a couple of things. We spotted roaches and ants in the house. Also there were NO essentials provided in the kitchen such as salt/pepper/sugar/oil. For a beach house, I would expect lots of hooks to hang towels and bathing suits. No hooks, anywhere in bedrooms or bathrooms.

We had 18 women with us and there was plenty of room for all the fun to be had. We had some minor issues we quickly mentioned upon arrival (lights outside not working, bugs) and the property manager did an excellent job at getting those fixed right away for us to completely enjoy our stay! The pool was great, and the views/location were amazing! We had a blast!

Poor housekeeping—spacious house
Grandchildren loved the pool. I did report that no one could help us turn pool lights on. At night the roaches came out in kitchen. We sprayed the kitchen ourselves. Also when we got there, I had to clean up vomit by the bed in the bedroom on the right. Everything else was very clean. Also trash cans downstairs were full and very smelly. We had one trash can to use. The main problem is the housekeeping staff.

Beautiful location but
This place has potential but there's definitely work to be done. The best parts were the outdoor spaces. The decks and pool area. Pros: -Beautiful location close to the beach -Wrap around deck with chairs -Nice pool and fire pit area -Lots of dishes, silverware -Bunk room good for kids -Good parking for several vehicles Cons: -No cutting board, extra blankets or dust pan -Blender didn't work. Had to buy one. -One chair for the table on deck was broken. -Only part of the pool lights worked leaving the half with the table in the dark. -Two of the 4 trash cans were full when we arrived. -There was trash left from previous occupants laying around outside, on chairs, table, etc. -And there were bugs that we could live with and then there were the roaches. Too many to ignore. In drawers, cupboards, the dishwasher, etc. For as much money as we spent, it should have been in pristine condition! It is in a beautiful location and could be an ideal vacation home if it were better maintained. We would not recommend it the way it is now.

Great for the kids!
Loved the house, especially the pool! We could barely get the kids out of the pool to eat! There were also some great arcade games in the ground floor bunk room that the kids loved after it got dark out. Plenty to keep the younger ones entertained.

Nice place that could be nicer
We had significant difficulties reaching the host prior to arrival. I requested check in information many times and did not get a response. VRBO support eventually got in touch with the on-site property manager who told us to just arrive at the location. When we arrived they informed us that there was a problem with our room, but they would put us up somewhere else for the night. We were brought to a nice place for the night and transported back the next day. The property was basically as listed, but in need of some TLC. The two lounge chairs in the private roof area are white plastic and one was broken. The towels are worn. The beds in the guest room just had sheets. The sofa was uncomfortable, maybe time for a replacement. There are two balconies, but no furniture to sit on. Pool is nice. Location is good. Short walk to Avenue 5 and the beach. Next door to a huge grocery store. Very nice staff. No one spoke English but with cell phone translators we never had a problem communicating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great family & friends getaway!
This house was perfect for our large group of 18 people. The rooms and bed selections were great for our multiple families. Parking was good for at least 6 cars. The best part was the bunkhouse/gameroom. All of our kids stayed in there the entire weekend and they loved it! The bunkhouse is downstairs and separate from the main home. It is accessible via outside stairs and the only bathroom is an outdoor shower/toilet. There are two full bathrooms upstairs that accomodated everyone just fine. Overall the home was nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed for a great weekend. The kitchen and living room space provided plenty of room for our group to cook, eat and sit. The views from the deck were great and we could hear the ocean waves. There is a very nice looking pool area bit we didnt use it because our stay was in January. We did use the firepit though and enjoyed it a lot. The homes in this neighborhood are nicely spread out so it was very quiet. Everyone in our group enjoyed the home and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice Getaway off the beating Path.. a little pricey for what you get though
This is a nice house to rent, the pool is what really makes it special. The interior upstairs is nice but the skillets and pans are very worn I didn’t cook on them I brought my own. The blender didn’t work which was a bummer for making drinks and it took phone tag to get certain info and ended up just not hassling with it because of having to go back and forth. Multiple people come by during your stay which can be a little intrusive if you don’t have your phone with you on vacation for them to message you that the pool guy wants to come drop chemicals in it while you are using it. Lots of bugs make sure you bring mosquito zapper and bug spray for this time of year. The downstairs arcade area is nice but it’s very dim in there and the garage part is locked we couldn’t open it. The beds aren’t comfortable either and a few other things that aren’t worth mentioning but Overall it’s nice building just a little overpriced for the stay. Thank you
