Had a number of issues with our stay, but many of them have been covered in previous reviews, indicating the owner simply does not care to correct them.
- Hairs throughout the condo, especially on the bedding. The dryer beeping on arrival makes me thing maybe it was broken and they didn't both to wash the sheets/pillows
- Email from management company said there was 2 parking spots reserved + visitor parking. Not true - no visitor parking, and they recommended parking at the liquor store or walmart.
- No extra blankets - for a 3br condo, it's almost a certainty that people will have different expected climates, a few blankets would go a long way.
- I think there were 4 forks? again - 3 br condo, we had to share. No pot holders either, and the knife I used was so dull it couldn't cut a strawberry (literally)
- Not enough carts - had to haul our stuff down by hand
- Wifi didn't work - asked for us to log in to xfinity
- Mold in the shower caulking - for the nightly rate, this should have been fixed along time ago
- Dirty ear plug on the floor
- Master bedroom door is impossible to open silently, and sticks quite badly. Again, an easy fix.
- Toilet was stuck upon arrival and would not flush - had to remove the top and jingle the chain
- Drain gurgled loudly non-stop
- Bird poop all over the balcony
- No changing stations downstairs
- Description says water slide - there isn't one.
- Jungle club is just a play room
- Pictures are not accurate(furniture esp)
