Great location for the Lone Star Rally. Covered parking for motorcycles with security. Clean condo, I would stay at this condo again. You will hear the Harley’s roaring; but, that is what you get when staying on Seawall blvd.Seawdehumidifier

Just book it
I was skeptical at first with so many 10 star reviews but they are all true. This host really thought of everything. We have a great view of ocean and pool. The wagon to pull everything to beach was perfect. No loud neighbors . We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place
We stayed her to get away for a couple of days while we were in Houston for medical appointments. The owner was very nice to deal with and made us feel as we had been friends for years. The location was fantastic with great views and easy access to the beach as well as other things we wanted to do. We would strongly recommend this location to anyone!!!! Thank you Phyllis

This is a great property.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming rental property at The Victorian and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, and ir was directly across the street from the beach. The amenities were top-notch, including a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living area where we could unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor space. The landscape was beautifully manicured and the outside patio had a great view and was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening drinks. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Overall, my stay at this rental property exceeded all my expectations. It was a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Perfect for a getaway with our 5 yr old granddaughter
The property was exactly as listed! Easy access to the beach. Had a wagon with every beach amenity I can think of! Beautiful view of the water and pool! Left treats out for us. Our granddaughter was absolutely obsessed with the bunk bed and the twinkle lights! Would absolutely stay again. Property manger was very helpful!

Perfect beach getaway for family
We were looking for a relaxing beach getaway! Our kids love water, and with the beach just steps away we got all the beach fun we were looking for. When our kids got tired of the beach we hit up the pools at the complex. Everything for beach/pool day was included. Beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrella provided. All you need is your bathing suits! Phyllis was very helpful in guiding us with other things to do on the island as well. Great location with views of the beach and restaurants and shops just a short distance away. Great place!

My family enjoyed staying there, my little one's loved the swimming pool. This condo had everything you needed to take to the beach. I loved been outside on the balcony, amazing view of the beach and pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Short and sweet getaway

This host is outstanding!
I cannot say enough about Phyllis! She goes above and beyond to make your stay comete! Where there is some wear and tear on the Victorian, she makes up for in the condo! Clean sheets, towels, dishes, glassware, water filtter, bottle of wine and chocolate , soap, shampoo, conditioner, blender, coffee and kurig with pods, beach towels and wagon, best matresses ( accept for the couch) extra pillows, spices, pans, umbrella, beach chairs, a bumbo feeding chair for an infant, two tvs with smart capabilies, makeup mirror in the master bedroom, luggage stands, cooler bag......i mean goodness! You could litterally show up with a backpack and have a great vacation! The beach is visible from the patio and aside from the normal beach house smell at first, she has an air filter that runs! We loved staying here! She made our stay possible and pleasantly easy!

Awesome family getaway!
We go to the Galveston area often from Houston and we will certainly be staying here again. Phyllis was a very accommodating host and the place was fantastic! It was very clean and had all of the amenities for a great beach vacation. We especially enjoyed that there are two pools, one focused on kids. Thanks for an awesome experience!

5 STARS ~ HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO!
This was our first time to stay at this condo, and we were long overdue for a beach trip. Previous reviews on VRBO helped us decide on this one. We were beyond pleased with our stay, and the hostess was very nice, and responsive. She even left us a nice thank you card, wine & chocolates. From decor to everything to make you comfortable in a home away from home, the hostess literally thought of EVERYTHING! We will definitely stay again. Thank you Phyllis!

Outstanding Vacation Spot
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The room was great and perfect for our family. The property was nice and a short walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and supplied everything we needed for our stay (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, toys for the kids, etc). Will definitely stay here again!!

It Was Perfect!
The pictures do not do this place justice! It felt like a boutique hotel when you walked in the door! The place was newly remodeled and very clean. It had everything you needed and things you didn’t know you needed. There were so many nice touches and thoughtful things throughout. Welcome snacks, an amazing coffee set up, toys and a wagon to take to the beach, and even cute little stuffed animals that the kids LOVED (I have to find them online now!) Communication with the host was great. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Really, the decorations and accommodations were above and beyond. We’ve stayed at the Victorian before and this was by far the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. For our little family of four (two adults and two elementary age kids) it was just right!
