Esta propiedad del resort y el Pointe West Beach Club no sufrieron daños por el huracán Harvey. The Beach Villa es un moderno y cómodo condominio ubicado junto al Beach Club y el paseo de dunas principal en el Pointe West Resort. Hay una hermosa vista de la playa y el Golfo de México desde el balcón. La ubicación del condominio, en el corazón de Pointe West Resort, permite el acceso más cercano y conveniente al Beach Club, la piscina y la playa. La playa es impresionante, expansiva, arreglada regularmente y cerrada al tráfico de vehículos, lo que la convierte en el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del surf o construir castillos de arena con su familia. El Beach Club es elevado y tiene una piscina de borde infinito con vista a la playa y al Golfo de México. Además de la piscina, el club cuenta con jacuzzi climatizado, piscina para niños, gimnasio, sala de juegos y área de picnic con parrillas a gas. Los propietarios administran personalmente el Beach Villa y están altamente comprometidos con la calidad de la experiencia de cada huésped. El condominio se mantiene en las mejores condiciones.

La piscina de Sunset en el lado de la bahía del complejo incluye un río lento rodeado de palmeras que se mecen. La piscina y el jacuzzi ofrecen un ambiente relajante con vistas a la puesta de sol en la bahía. También hay un lanai con una parrilla. End of October trip!
Great place! We were looking for a location outside of Galveston and we found it. Great communication with the host and location. Comfortable and clean with everything you need from kitchen to beach stuff! Ocean was still warm enough for us to swim and enjoy the beach. Will be back!

Relaxing anniversary get away
It was just what we needed. Even off season we had a great time. Close to the beach made it easy to walk almost everyday. Pools and hot tubs were awesome. Bar/restaurant was closed, so we didn’t get to use it. But it was just what we needed and wanted. Thanks.

Birthday get-a-way
Lovely property, very cleanl and kitchen well equipped for cooking (if you want to 😁) It was a fantastic time. Also grounds are so pretty. And pool area is really nice.

Great Condo
Nothing wrong with the Condo itself. Only thing I did not like is there is a 7 page lease agreement you must sign or you can't stay at the condo and you can't get your money back either. You have to meet up the the property manager to check in and show her your driver licence also.

What a beautiful view of the ocean from this condo! As usual PW was delightful. The condo was very well stocked with great communication from the owners! They go above and beyond. Easy access to the beach or the beach club. Beds were so comfy, too!

The condo was large and spacious. It had almost everything we needed. Beautiful beach view. The on-site pool was huge and not overly crowded. The downside was the distance to the grocery store so make sure you have everything you need!

We will be back!
Enjoyed our stay tremendously! One week after a hurricane and everything was back in tip top shape! Check in and out process with the host was super easy and was very responsive leading up to our check in date! Clean condo and the huge balcony was so nice to enjoy even in the rain! We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay!
My family and I had a wonderful stay! Fueled our souls! The condo is right next to the beach club, which was so nice, especially with a younger child. The walk to the boardwalk to get to the beach was easy, and we greatly appreciated access to Joan and Alan's wagon, chairs and beach toys! Made getting to the beach and packing up the car for the trip down to Galveston that much easier. Beds were super comfortable, the condo also comfortably furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, coffee maker and grinder, and even some pyrex storage containers! That was a helpful surprise. Joan was very communicative and helped us figure out whether getting down there right after Beryl was possible or not and what to expect. What a great getaway! We are so appreciative! We will be back!

Stay here!!!
We absolutely LOVED our time at this property. The unit itself is so comfortable and clean, with plenty of room and everything you need. The outdoor balcony was wonderful for meals with a view of the sea and the elevator was a huge help for luggage/groceries/beach & pool supplies. The property is fabulous - an infinity pool with a view of the beach, drinks poolside with waiter service, a great restaurant, and a quick walk to the beach. The hosts and property manager are so kind and relaxed, as well as everyone else who worked at the property. We hope to return soon!

The “B” family
We had a wonderful stay. It’s a beautiful resort with the best of both worlds, the ocean is a quick walk over the boardwalk or you have great access to the pool. The restaurant is open as well as the bar. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need and you have access to the charcoal grill if needed. The patio gives you a beautiful view of the ocean and a quiet place to read. Joan very kindly allowed us access to the beach chairs and shade cover. We had great communication prior to and throughout our trip. She was a wonderful host; it was nice to have a person to contact rather than a generic company. The check in was easy and we felt very safe leaving our teenage girls in the condo while we went to the beach. There are 2 separate pools. One large pool in the main building and a smaller pool with a lazy river across the road and to the west on the bayside. This smaller pool has a beautiful view of the sunset. No outside food or drink at the big pool because they have a bar and restaurant. Take a cooler with food and drinks to the smaller pool since there are no services. I highly recommend this condo for its quiet location, close proximity to the ocean and main building, as well as great communication with the host. It was a soft place to land after a busy touristy day in town.

Beach Soccer tournament
Everything was great. Owners were very quick to respond when the AC went out the last day. Only issue was (which is my fault for not checking the address) the property is all the way at the other end of Galveston and the beach tournament was 50 minutes away. Great place just wish it was closer to the main restaurants, activities and grocery stores. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here 2 days over the weekend and had a great experience. Restaurant, pool, beach and lazy river, what could you want? Their storage was full things for the beach, cooler, chairs, shade and toys. All you have to do is show up.

Spring get away
We had a great stay and enjoyed all the amenities. The beach was clean and close. We enjoyed both pools on the property and also made dinner on the grill with a campfire on the resort’s shared space.

Perfect family beach vacation
Villa was clean, well appointed and in close proximity to the beach and resort club with full amenities. Pictures as advertised (and even better in person!). The host, Joan, went out of her way to ensure our time there was memorable. Not only were specific check in instructions provided (read them, so very helpful!!) but she shared a list of who to call for questions and/or minor repairs, a list of local restaurants and shops to check out, a list with pro-tips of amenities available at the resort next next door (like renting bikes, checking out beach volleyball, football and ping pong paddles, accessing a 2nd, heated pool). These all added to our incredible experience -equal time beaching and playing/on the go with the kids. The villa grounds were immaculate and Pointe West is quite nice - the boarded walks down to the beach are well maintained and we had fun riding bikes around checking out all the beach houses, basketball court and pool with lazy river close by. Joan made it easy so we were able to focus on our time together, away from the regular bustle. We had such a great stay, would highly recommend this property.

Very clean and comfortable
The condo was very clean, comfortable, well kept. Joan was very helpful and communicative. It is a very nice place. The resort area was extremely quiet while we were there - hardly anyone around (week after TX spring break).
