What a View!
This 5 star condo was like a home away from home. They thought of everything you could need. The online photos are nice but the actual layout, special little touches and decor were way beyond the photos. Our family will be back.

Great Get-Away
The condo was perfect for our needs - we had 5 kids and 3 adults, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The layout was perfect with a sofa area for the kids, and one for the adults, a master en suite and mini-master en suite, and bunk room for the kids. The view was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the sunrises which you could see from the patio and master bedroom's window. We experienced a couple hiccups that were outside of the control of the owners, but Rob was quick to help to make-up for the inconveniences experienced. Made for a great quick get-away before school starts!

Another Wonderful Stay In The Books!
This is year 6 for our family at Pointe West but year 2 staying at Sea Grace and we will be back again next year! The condo is gorgeous, every detail was considered and THE VIEW! The view is incredible. The dolphins in the bay were showing off and we had front row seats. The beds are comfy, the AC is cold and the place is VERY clean! The hosts are very responsive and kind. We love Sea Grace!

Beautiful and relaxing condo
We stayed at Sea Grace for our daughter’s 16th bday along with 4 of her friends. The condo was absolutely stunning and so spacious! The hosts are wonderful at communicating and even left our daughter a sweet bday card and gift. Condo was well stocked with everything we could possible need and was very clean and comfortable. So happy with our stay and would love to come back!

Lovely Condo
This condo is beautiful, in the perfect location for access to the beach. We love Pointe West and this condo is a really nice option there. The view from the balcony is amazing! There was room for improvement in the check in process and availability for communication to the property owner but they were very willing to fix it and make up for it, and we definitely appreciated that.

We loved our stay at Sea Grace! The views were amazing and its proximity to the beach and the beach club made it an absolutely perfect place to stay. The decor and furnishings were beautiful and the lay-out was perfect for our family. We enjoyed every bit of our stay inside the condo and out.

This was the most perfectly appointed VRBO we have ever stayed at! Everything we needed was there! Also, it was spotless, the view was beautiful, and the resort facilities were wonderful. I would highly recommend!

Our family came down on Fathers Day weekend to enjoy some downtime away from home (Clear Lake area). The patio, views, cozy seating, and rooms accommodate all of us so well! Beautiful place and views!
This was our second time staying here. It was just as clean and beautiful as the first time. We took our kids with us this time and we were able to enjoy the onsite pool with them. The kids loved the bunk bed room and decor. The weather was great and the beach was very relaxing and peaceful. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

Absolutely Gorgeous Home with the MOST gracious host!
This is our fourth year at Pointe West but our first visit to Sea Grace! We will be back! This is one to the cleanest and most well organized home we’ve stayed at! The sensory room for children was a HUGE hit with our littles! This room was so thoughtful and very well planned to include include children of all needs and ages. The beds were comfortable, the house was stocked with all the little extras we needed. We enjoyed the pools very much and LOVED the gorgeous ocean view! The owners were SO very responsive and kind. We will be back!

Sea Grace
Our stay at Sea Grace was amazing and relaxing. The condo was extremely well appointed and clean. We have stayed at many VRBO homes and this is the first home that I did not feel that I had to clean and wash dishes before we used them. The kitchen had ore than everything that I needed to prepare our meals. Also cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper goods, soap, shampoo, conditioner, charcoal, a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and beach toys were all provided which we greatly appreciated. Our family was able to relax and make wonderful first beach trip memories with our grandchildren. We loved Sea Grace so much that we plan on staying there again very soon. The Robinson’s are very attentive and helpful. We felt very blessed that they shared their beautiful home with us so that we could make wonderful and lasting family memories.

Perfect stay in Pointe West!
This is the best property we've experienced at Pointe West. The condo was spotless, well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, kids' rooms, beach storage locker, and beyond. There are even premium linens and bath robes - a very luxurious, thoughtful experience. The owners are super responsive and thoughtful.

The Perfect Place to Vacation
I needed a long weekend with my girlfriends and this condo was the perfect place. It was really big, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It exceeded all our expectations! We really enjoyed hanging out on the balcony early in the morning and evenings chatting, taking in the view and listening to the ocean. We had everything we needed for preparing and cooking meals. Best of all, it felt warm and friendly. We all had a wonderful and relaxing time. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Beach Weekend

Everything and More!
Perfect stay for a beach vacation! Beautifully furnished, great floor plan, and the owners have thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The view of the gulf from the balcony is unparalleled. The children’s room had some fun surprises! The fully furnished kitchen allowed us to enjoy some meals at the condo, and the convenient beach locker had all the things needed for fun on the beach. We loved our stay at Sea Grace!

Sea Grace is amazing!
Great views, plenty of room, thoughtful hosts... it is apparent they tried hard to anticipate guests needs and provide a wonderful experience. So many special touches! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furnishings, fully appointed kitchen. Loved the balconies, the wagon, beach chairs and accessories were great, I could go on and on... We made lots of memories and look forward to returning soon!

Quiet Weekend Getaway!
From the property description, details, and instructions in the listing to checkout. We felt well informed and know that the owners put lots of effort into making the process easy! My wife and I, along with our friends were able to experience a clean first class stay here in this condo. Every room was decorated nicely and kept clean. The view of the gulf was beautiful. We were able to enjoy a nice morning walk on the beach with a cup of coffee. Beds and linens were fresh and comfy! The home was stocked well and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We will be booking with them again this year for sure! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a peaceful quiet relaxing break.
