Great condo
Condo was great and just as advertised. Had no problems. Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 1 child. Would rent again.

Great condo!
Overall everything was great. But problems were present. There was bird poop on the seats and table in the balcony. The remote was confusing to work. Instructions would have been helpful. The info in the binder was 7 years old. Prices need updating! Two toilet paper dispensers were broken. I brought it to the attention of the property manager. They didn't get fixed. There was a large metal shower hardware in the master shower that was inoperable. The hot tub had algae growing in it and looked dirty. There was a lot of decaying palm fronds and yard debris piled high near the dumpster. Big eyesore! The property is old and sorely in need of renovating.

Family Reunion
We had a short weekend for a family reunion to celebrate a birthday and a graduation. The condo was great and offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have a great time. Donna was wonderful, she was always available if we had any questions or needed anything at all. We would definitely look at renting this space again Thanks

Very good experience
Overall, it was great stay. Had a couple issues with cleanliness of the property, but nothing that was unbearable. We also has an issue with parking, but we were refunded.

Great Space
The unit was very nice and spacious. Comfy beds and nice shower/ tub! We love to fish and it was super close. The pool is really nice! Less traffic on this need too so really like that! We will definitely rent this unit again.

Spring Break 2024
We came down to Galveston for a short spring break trip with friends of ours. In total we had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and then a younger child. The condo was extremely clean with easy access and great views. The beds were so comfy that we all talked about wanting to take them home with us! Donna was responsive and extremely easy to communicate with. If we ever make it back down to Galveston we will definitely look to book again. Great Thanksgiving Vacation
We enjoyed Thanksgiving week in this condo. It was clean and easy to get to. It had plenty of room for our family and everyone had their own bathroom! We didn’t get to use the pools because the weather was chilly, but they looked like they would have been a great place to relax and take a break from sightseeing.

Wedding trip
It was exactly what we needed for our group. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to the coast. I do wish the hot tub had been a little hotter. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always a big plus.

A nice weekend in Galveston!
The unit itself is very nice. Decorated very nicely with everything you could need. It’s not too far out of town and has a nice view of the water and we appreciated the en-suite baths. I would have given a five star review were it not for the building itself being in disrepair with peeling paint. I do know they are working on the front of the building and the office which has been temporarily moved. We had a good stay!

Home away from home
Beautifully appointed condo. Everything worked perfectly and wonderfully accommodating. My wife loved the cold air conditioning and how quiet it was in the complex. The staff at the condo office and grounds were courteous and helpful. Thanks to Donna Wade who manages the property for always keeping in touch and ensuring we were taken care of.

A Great Beach Place.
Beautifully decorated in beach fashion and great beds. Property exactly as described and was clean. It will sleep 8 but 2 must be small children. Living dining and kitchen area were small but ok size with 2 teens and 2 small children as long as you don’t spend too much time inside. I would stay here again. Large pool with kiddie pool and hot tub and other deep pool.

Howling dog next door
We called front desk everyday no answer. Elevator 2 and 3 broke all day each day. Walls are paper thin inside and out. The place was beautiful and well stock other than the 2 hundred we went and spent at wal mart for bathroom and other items like sheets for the sofa couch. There are not enough chairs at pool. Garbage sits outside of rooms after they have been cleaned for days creating flies.
