Anniversary celebration
Originally planned on getting away for a few days. Our daughter got engaged and was in Houston so we asked them to celebrate with us. It was such a great time. Lots to celebrate.

Nice Family Booking
We went as a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans utensils, plates etc., and even had some extras (spices and the like). I would definitely book again. It was clean, nice furnishings and bedding. There were also beach toys for the kids and beach chairs. Very nice view of the pool and the beach from our balcony too!

Great spot on the seawall
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Convenient short walk to the beach which was never over crowded. The pools were great and it was nice having a view of one of them from the balcony. The beach view was also nice from the balcony. The condo was clean and nice and had everything we needed. Being next door to Walmart was also a nice bonus. We also really liked that the condo is gated which added an extra sense of security. Would stay here again!

Quiet and Safe
The stay was quiet and safe with beautiful views of poolside and the beach. The unit is right across the street from the beach making it a short walk to enjoy watching the crashing waves. It’s also close to eating establishments, and there’s a Walmart right outside the complex. The unit is spacious and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Having two full baths was also a much-needed and nice touch. We also saved a lot of money since we were able to cook in the fully appointed kitchen.

Great ocean view, nice unit, great price
Very nice unit with a balcony facing the ocean. Unit is modern and clean. The mattress in the primary bedroom was very uncomfortable and so soft you would sink into it. This is noted in other reviews so hopefully the owners will buy a new mattress at some point. The pool wasn't heated and the water was freezing, which resulted in the hot tub being over capacity and full of kids playing in it.

Great time
We really had a great time and were impressed by the condo! They provided several basic items (trash bags, toilet paper, spices, even coffee) which surprised us!! The home was so clean and well kept! The master shower was a little slippery but the other shower was great!! The bed was on the softer side but still comfortable! The deck and deck furniture was our favorite, we sat outside daily!! The view of the ocean and pool was amazing!! The property was so clean and well kept as well. Pools were great!! We will always stay at this property!! Thank you!!

Piece of Texas Paradise
This was a great place to stay, overlooking the pool and the Gulf from the Balcony! The condo was more than roomy for a family of 4! The only downside we’re the mattresses , both mattresses were way to soft for someone with back problems, their were some boards placed under the mattress in the master, but that only helped if 1 person was in the middle of the bed, even my kids said the bed in the spare room was way to soft. Other than the mattresses the Condo was great! We would definitely stay at the Dawn again!

Loved the property and view of ocean and pool. Great unit overall. I would recommend having more towels available for guests. We had 5 people in the unit and were only provided 4 bath towels for an 8 day stay. Felt like I was washing towels every other day. Also may have an umbrella available for beach usage. We bought an umbrella but ended up leaving it with my sister in law upon departure. Overall though, we were very satisfied.

Great little place
The condo inside is very clean and welcoming. It makes up for the trash that was outside of the condo that wasn’t cleaned up during our whole stay. This listing touts its Beach views and access but provides no items for a family to enjoy the beach. No plastic pail, no beach towels, no chairs or anything. We left a pail in the property if another family ends up staying. It’s small, but made my child happy. Getting into the property was a bit confusing. GPS takes you to the gate….but the gate code isn’t given to you until you check in with the office on Seawall ave. That isn’t well documented. Then you also have to make sure to ask the main office for the door code to walk into the neighborhood. They didn’t give that to me up front. Overall, the place was really nice. Everything was very clean inside this property. Unfortunately the exterior grounds had trash all over.

Had the advertisement expressed their was NO elevator, we wouldn't have chosen the top floor and would probably not have chosen this property. We are both 70 and it just about disabled us carrying our luggage up. The condo was clean and comfortable otherwise.
