Este es un condominio completamente amueblado con todas las comodidades. 2 televisores de pantalla plana, cable, internet inalámbrico y wifi. Dormitorio de matrimonio, escondite de matrimonio, literas para niños. Estamos justo en la pared del mar en la esquina de 61st st y sea wall blvd. Nuestro condominio tiene capacidad para 4 adultos y 2 niños cómodamente. Tiene una estufa de refrigerador y microondas para nombrar algunas comodidades. Muchas tiendas y restaurantes! NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS / POLÍTICA DE NO FUMADORES. El incumplimiento de esta política resulta en una tarifa de limpieza de $ 200.

Clean, but lacked in some areas
We stayed for 5 days. Only 4 towels. 2 of the towels had bad odor. No written instructions for check out ECT. Unit very clean with fresh paint. Probably will not stay again. Side note parking lot flooded due to lack of maintenance by Casa Delmar.

Nice location across from the beach and two pools.
Looks nicer in person than in the photos. Good location. Well maintained property inside and out. Two very nice pools.The beach is right across the street. The only things we didn't care for was the polyester bedding, the bunk beds are very narrow for older children, and the floors were in need of deep cleaning. We couldn't go barefoot or the bottoms of our feet would be black and gritty. It would have been nice If there was a broom or sweeper in the condo that guest could use during there stay so that way I could have swept up some of the sand that was left on the floors from the previous guest. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Location is the best part
Overall the location is great. Just across the street. The place reminds me of a beach casita. Very clean but both the sheets on the master bed and on the pull out had the feeling like there was light sand on them. We did not go to the beach the first day so it feels like it shouldn't have. There were only two bathroom towels for showering which by the beach and with the heat we took multiple showers so more towels were a must. Overall the location is great. Dont expect any amenities and bring your own beach towels or go to krogers down the street for items. Also know that the street noise is very loud since it is on one of the busiest intersections on seawall. The pullout sleeper will hear loud cars and music into the wee hours. The hallway in the building also has a distinct urine smell. A couple of days for a quick trip is fine but i wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of days.

Quick overnight stay; convenient location.
My husband and I stayed with 2 of our teenage kids for 1 night during a soccer tournament. The location was great and the condo was super safe and quiet. There is a washer/dryer available, but not in the unit. It is a washroom located on the floor and is $2/load to use each. Our communications with the owner were excellent. She was very accommodating to us!

The condo was cute and comfortable. It is located very close to the seawall and all of its attractions. We also enjoyed the pools. There is a $22 parking fee we were not made aware of until after we booked the room.

Enjoyed our small getaway
My fiancé and I wanted to have a small getaway with our kids and we were not disappointed. We hit a small bump after checking in when we noticed our room had not been cleaned but we called Mrs. Gwen and housekeeping was there in a short matter of time. Other than that we all enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back in the future. :)

Unhappy with unit we stayed in
I was not expecting 5 star accommodations with this unit but I always expect a decent and comfortable unit. Unfortunately, I got neither. This condo is quite 'run down', has extremely dirty a/c vents, floor boards missing and the dinette chair was falling apart and not safe to sit in. The bed linens provided were very old and so thin you can see through them, no linens were provided for the sofabed but should have been, filthy dish towel and no dish cloth or sponge provided. The sliding door to veranda is broken and does not close tightly and only one TV remote to share with TV in living room and bedroom so quite inconvenient as the bedroom TV will not work without remote. I would have turned around and driven back home but our grandson wanted some beach time while visiting from New York. My budget was exhausted so I did not have the option to find last minute comfortable, decent and available accommodations

Not what I was expecting.
I didn't realize you needed to supply just about anything you needed because there is very little there. If you want clean towels either bring extra or coins for the wash, you do not get any extra. My family of 5 had to share 4. Otherwise it was nice having a small stove and fridge and place to lay your head.

Short getaway
Property was great and location to the beach was great. It would be nice if there was a wagon to carry our things to the beach and a Retractable clothes line in the bathtub or on the balcony to hang up towels and bathing suits.

Great place!
It was a great place to stay while we were here! It's a convenient location with plenty of restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores around it. Easy access to the beach and Pier 21! We will definitely be back!

This property was a great location! It was right on the Seawall which was easy access for me and my small children to walk across the street. We did not have to worry about lugging our things back and forth because we were right across the street. I can't add an amazing time and it was a great view. We would definitely suggest this location to our friends and family! We went for spring break and it was a tad bit cold outside, however, this location has a 98 Degrees heated pool which was perfect for My Little Swimmers who were anxious to get in the water.
