“Great stay in a lovely hotel in Llandudno. Great location, right on the promenade and close to the pier. Nice breakfast and good friendly staff.”

“Parking was difficult as you have to park on the promenade. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff are brilliant, every one of them couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. All toiletries are of very high quality as is the dining area too. Would certainly recommend this hotel.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were good but sadly the steam room wasn't working during our 2 day stay but this wasn't a problem. The hotel fully met our expectations and we had a lovely break.”

“I arrived from London on the motorcycle and had a warm welcome with a lovely comfortable bed and a very good bathroom with a top class shower. Sadly I arrived too late for their delicious menu as the kitchen closes early on Sunday. But I will be back very soon as I have moved near Chester and Bala is only miles away. Highly recommended.
