“Very adorable place but not quite ready to be rented yet. Items filthy: shower curtain, sofa (didn't use). Sheets were pilled and not tucked in properly. Bathroom towels were stained and old: 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 wash cloths & NO bath mat. No hooks to hang wet towels. For safety hand rails in shower. Kitchen: Pots & pans just thrown in cabinet & had to wash, no toaster, 1 complete plastic bowl with lid. 3 lids without bowels, cookie sheet for oven crusted black. No scour pad to...

“Overpriced. This house is not in a peaceful lakeside location as the heading suggests. It is located just off a busy main road. There is no lake in sight.The house is basic, one pro is that the beds were comfortable. The owner also requires damage insurance to be taken out before booking. This made it much more expensive than equivalent properties that we have stayed in.”

“The cabin was very quaint. It was clean and had any cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. the only complaint is the furniture. It was not comfortable. ”

“Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. ”

“Wonderful and extremely clean well kept home! Perfect higher end hot tub and screened porch. Everything was labeled so you can easily find things! 12 miles from dahlonega and close to Dawsonville. Felt very safe . Fire pit and plenty of seating for everyone. You will love this place😁”
