“We booked the under the sea room and it was great for our family of 5. I appreciated the staff getting back to me to tell me they did not have cots so we could change our plans. I also liked the reusable dishes at breakfast. The staff were doing a great job dealing with fire evacuees from up north. ”
“The staff was so helpful and friendly!! The location was great - we were going to a concert at the Air Canada Centre, so it was a very convenient location. And we love staying at a hotel with breakfast. We will definitely be back!”

“We loved our stay but the bathroom could use an update. I didn’t appreciate being charged twice for the pet cleaning fee. We had two small dogs travelling with us. Most hotels only charge one fee for both dogs. Otherwise, the staff were wonderful and the location is great. There’s a lovely dog park behind the hotel. The lobby is very nice. The room decor doesn’t really seem to match the hotel. ”
“The place was very clean, spacious and the staffs on site were very friendly and helpful. We were glad there is security on site to check on the vehicles until 5 am. We were informed that if we had valuables they would allow our vehicle closer to the front entrance which was nice they wanted to make sure we felt our belongings would be safe. They are limited on parking spots, but they do try to make things work. Overall we'd stay again if we pass through. You will find yourself well rested...
