“We enjoyed the place Nd the location to everything. The place had some repair issues that needed addressed, especially the top step on the way to the middle landing which was not completely nailed down. Drawers in the downstairs bathroom were off track and not functioning and my daughter was hit on the head by a falling window rod cover that was taped in place. Oytherwise several of the pots and pans were rusty beyond useable and the dishes were not all cleaned very well. ”

“This Condo was so amazing, decorated with excellent taste, which much thought put into comfort as well as style. The location so close proximity to the beach and awesome views. As we were staying in January celebrating 2 Birthdays & a Doctorate, we walked on the beach but mostly relaxed in the Condo. The kitchen was equipped very well to meet all your needs for food prep. There is a Grocery store 2 miles awayThe property owner is super responsive to answer any questions. We will be back”

“Great accommodations in the heart of Port Aransas. Everything was so clean. Beds were super comfy, couch was fantastic. Very well-appointed kitchen, but could use a couple of new frying pans. Otherwise kitchen items were great. Good tv in LR and Bedrooms. Bathrooms were spotless and included toiletries. Only problem: the main bathroom had hardly any water pressure. Otherwise couldn’t ask for a better accommodation. Would certainly stay here again. I’m ”

“Had a great time. Property was nicely decorated with beachy theme throughout. Very nice neighborhood with other friendly folks and their dogs. Covered parking and nice outdoor seating areas upstairs and down. Other than putting out trash and starting dishwasher checkout was a breeze. We’re in our 70s and they provided free unloading and loading of our vehicle.”

“We enjoyed everything about this property and our time here! The spacious family room and kitchen was our primary hangout with more than enough space for our group of 20! Plenty of space in the bedrooms, comfy beds and decor and individual bathrooms for each.
