EVEN Hotel Hangzhou Yintai City by IHG
レセプションスタッフの対応が悪い。 4日間宿泊するが朝食が種類も少なく同じメニューが多い。 朝食スタッフが奥で話し込んでいる対応が遅い ロビーのトイレが使用出来ない。 ランドリーが有料で洗濯と乾燥は別、各20元必要 クリーニングが高く仕上げが間違っている。
