“This is a really lovely place to stay, with modern well appointed studios, very comfortable bed and fresh linen/light clean every day, YouTube and Netflix available, a very nice kitchenette very modern and very well appointed bathroom and air-conditioning. There is also a lovely outdoor setting to sit at and you’re just behind all the restaurants and shops! “Villa Edem was perfect for us, located just up the road from our favourite beach, Alaties. The property was clean and comfortable, and Nikoletta ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. “We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday.”

“Great property in a great location. We didn't have a car and managed fine, although a car would've been good for a few days. There are enough bars/restaurants within walking distance as is Ammes beach. The proximity of the airport isn't a problem at all. No early or late flights. Joanne was great. Always on hand if required. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.”

“We can’t fault our stay in Villa Marco. The views are spectacular and the villa was clean and well stocked. Andy the property manager was on hand every day to check we had everything we needed and even took away our rubbish. A car is needed here due to the location but you can walk to a taverna in 15 minutes called Esperides which is amazing. Thanks Connie and Andy we hope to see you again next year!”

“Mi marido y nuestros 2 hijos de 7 y 9 años hemos disfrutado muchisimo de la estancia. Tiene unas vistas impresionantes del mar y la Isla de Ítaca, a un paso de Fiscardo, la piscina refrescante para la vuelta del mar, las cenas en la terraza y todo lo necesario para poder cocinar o simplemente relajarte. Greg estuvo atento en todo momento por si nos faltaba algo y nos dejó una bandeja de cosas de bienvenida. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias Kefalonia, seguro que volveremos!”

“A lovely property with fabulous views. Very comfortable bed and good air-conditioning when needed. Our room was number 10 up in the eaves so some low sloping ceilings but an amazing view. Small but adequate kitchenette and bathroom. Great pool. Good local restaurant and handy shop. Definitely need a car, too far to walk to the beach or Fiscardo. Would stay here again. ”

“I like this property it's good enough, it's right on the water right on the main drag where you go to eat. However, do not let them put you on the first floor that doesn't have an elevator. The carpet in the entire building really smells disgusting and sometimes the smell comes into your room.
