“This property was perfect our annual girls trip. The cabin was very clean, well stocked with nice dishes, appliances, bedding, towels and furniture. However the pull out couch could stand a new mattress, it was not very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus, that we throughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to others…”

“My group of friends had an amazing stay at the cabin! The location was perfect, a quiet and secluded neighborhood but very close driving to colorado springs and other cute mountain towns in the area. We loved the hot tub and being able to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in the area! We didn't have any trouble with the driveway but I can see how it might be tough if it was snowing.”

“Close to the park and convenient. Units are older and starting to show their age. Clean but fairly spartan unit. Two person hot tub on deck is tight. Nice to be on the river but just room for two to sit on the deck with the hot tub. Uni is for sale and with showings we were unable to know if we could get in a little early in time for us to react. Host was very responsive. Parking was easy as was finding the unit. ”

“The chalet (#8) was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent - 2 miles from downtown, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park - nestled right between the main attractions, the setting is serene and relaxing. Elk wandering right through the property and star gazing from the hot tub after a long day of hiking or shopping was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very quiet, peaceful evenings in the hot tub. Great for three guests to each have their own room ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom needs attention. Bearings are going out plenty of extra fans in each room, which was nice.”

“My family loved everything this home had to offer. It was great to have more than enough room in the home; it had everything we wanted and we would love to come back the same time every year. We wanted to find a place that wasn’t too close to neighbors, a great place for hikes, a fireplace, hot tub, grill for family cooked meals and the game room was an extra plus. thank you for helping us make wonderful memories with our kids. ❤️ The only thing the house would need is a few more supplies since...

“We loved our stay here. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the house was very close to Highway 24. All the activities we did were just minutes, if not right off of 24. We were close to Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon, the Cliff Dwellings, Pikes Peak, Santa's Workshop and the Wolf Sanctuary. When we showed up there were fresh coffee beans in a grinder and both a drip and french press coffee maker. All the appliances we needed were supplied as well as the dishes, we do not eat out much. ...

“Absolutely beautiful property! The house is cozy and comfortable, and located right on the creek. Sleeping with the window open to hear the water was so relaxing. I loved coffee on the deck in the morning and the hot tub to unwind in the evening. The house is so close to town but you feel secluded. Kenny was an amazing host. I can’t wait to go back again ”

“Lovely stay, clean home and a real cabin on the woods. It wasnt snowing but we had plenty of snow in the back yard that the kids played with and enjoyed. The road isnt a gravel road just not pave so it wasnt to bad coming and going from the cabin. Walmart is 15 mins away. The kids loved their room plenty of toys and things to do.had a great trip over all.”

“Quiet and comfortable stay in the mountains. Loved the feel of the house. Was upscale but also rustic. Highly recommend if you desire to be a little more secluded but very comfortable. Recommend picking up groceries in Evergreen if coming from Denver airport as there are not any grocery stores nearby. ”

“The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back...

“The cabin was cute , very clean and well stocked. The heat worked great and kept us warm and comfortable during the night. However, the bathroom was small and the shower was very awkward. Really only room for one person to sit at the table unless you move it out blocking the back door. ”
